I think the saddest (and best) part of this lyricstuck is the fact that ikimaru's art style makes them all look very young, which is what they all were when the comic began. It adds another layer of desperation and sorrow to an already tragic series of events, personal growth, and destruction of everything. Also, I am now re-interested in Escape the Fate.
yeah it's quite sad and another disturbing part is the art style is very adorable, so especially gamzee's part is very disturbing, because it's cute, but he's killing equius and nepeta.
they're not twenty, no, but they're not thirteen anymore either. john was actually eighteen last 4/13, if you count the hiatus as them aging. if not, he's 17. he's not just a scrawny little kid.
Midnight.Shadow mspaintadventures.wikia.com/wiki/Kanaya_Maryam If you're going by the wiki... If the age given on the wiki is the age they started as, then that would make her about 16 or 17 when it started, and about 18 or 19 at the current point, unless by chance the age given on the wiki is the age she is /currently/ in which case, my apologies.
Must say, it's quite fun to go to these types of videos and read the comments from several years ago, it's a nice window into where we were at with the series back then
All of the characters looked so awesome in this. Even Equius looked badass. Most people draw him like a total dork, but he looked so fucking awesome in this video, great job
i cannot believe i was so late to homestuck in general. i was in middle school in 2016 when the comic ended, and was a fandom lurker instead of a participant, and i feel like i REALLY missed out, seeing all these comments from five years ago. hope i can find more homestuck fans irl
I really am glad to get into fandoms for a few reason, one being I meet amazing people, my most favorite I discover new music. If it weren't for fandoms like Homestuck, Warriors and FNaF I wouldnt know half of the bands I do today
Martha Washington Homestuck, for example, is a fandom. A fandom is a show/comic/movie/book/etc. that has many fans or followers(aka a fandom). The more fans, the bigger and more popular the fandom. Some of the biggest fandoms are Doctor Who, Supernatural, Sherlock, Homestuck,and several others. ^u^
For a second watching this i was thinking it might be a bit offensive, but then i realized that 90% of Homestuck fandom is at least to the point where these words are commonplace.
Ryyuki Shikiza //that could be it and the reason why the people contributing to this, centered this around Gamzee. But I can't picture Gamzee singing some of this for the soul fact that he only goes with some parts. So it can be half and half I guess.
This video will NEVER stop giving me chills when I watch it. They start at the sound of the first guitar note, and by the end of the video I have tears in my eyes out of sheer appreciation and excitement. Amazing song, amazing art, amazing video.
Are we just going to continue ignoring the fact that EVERYONE. JOHN, DAVE, JADE, ROSE, TAVROS, ERIDAN, KANAYA, KARKAT, ETC. ARE ALL 21 YEARS OLD NOW. ARE WE JUST GOING TO IGNORE THAT ;-;
i feel silly because i just started to finish home stuck this year and what didnt it come out like 2 3 years ago and yes this is one of my favorite lyricstuck
sapphireTsunami ACTUALLY, IKIMARU HAS SPECIFIED *COUNTLESS* TIMES, THAT SHE IS GENDERLESS/GENDERFLUID AND FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH ANY PRONOUNS BESIDES THEY.ECT. THANK YOU VEEEEERRRRY MUCCH :^)
Lauren Gildome I'm pretty sure they meant "never fails to not disappoint", it's a double negative so it cancels out. What they meant by that is "never disappoints". I hope that makes sense.
OMG stop it you changed your picture to my OTP and I just flipped out And omfg this video......STOOOPPPP ITTTTTTTT IT'S TO EARLY FOR ME TO START FANGIRLING
