Lenny has YEARS of experience behind the trigger, and you only have to see him shoot to realize his expertise! In this new series, Lenny will share his tips and tricks to help YOU shoot fast and accurately… along with sharing some fun drills.
You can't do most of these drills in a normal "lane range…" which is why we don't offer a "lane range." Our Shoot270° ranges in Nashville and San Diego are designed to train you to be a better shooter, not just to get more people into the range!
Visit shoot270.com for more information.

EXCELLENT Training concept. Real training for real gun fights. This kind of training is what is really needed. After mastering the basics of course.

When I was an Aux. Police Officer we were trained in the lamb method. This made us a more narrow target. My vest had side protection.

Lenny is telling the truth. As officers, we keep being told to square up and face the shooter. When shots are fired all that training goes out the door. Same with these fancy defense moves that we are being taught. Once the fight starts we resort to swinging until we gas out. Less than a minute for most officers. Sad but true.

Look into the interview with Detroit PD vet Bob Stasch. He's been in 14 gunfights and almost exclusively shot instinctively at close range, aimed at the head of the aggressor. The proper grip and tight groups are great, and everyone should be able to print good groups and use the sights quickly and effectively. But there's something to be said of being able to instinctively fire at close range very quickly

I’ve seen 9mm go through 5 walls to where all you got was copper/led flakes on the 6th wall looking like a magnet was on the other side

Honestly, a 2 handed shot is only going to happen when you have time to line up a shot. 1 handed is very instinct based. It’s faster and more of an defensive action, also allows more freeing movements to find cover.

Good real life stuff. I try to tell everyone just plan for the worst in every aspect of life not limited to self defense.

Practice both hands, for ambidexterity. Your preferred hand might be disabled when you need it the most.

Common sense answers. I always practice each hand. Excellent training concept. 2 hands on horseback is unrealistic. Guns are made to be shot 1 handed.

ima need him to address a previous video where he solidly recommended condition 3 lol. Because condition 3 and one handed do not go together super easily

They are equally the same. Glock has the exact same setup and manufacturing system in Georgia 🇺🇸 as they do in Austria 🇦🇹. They are identical.
