@@hollycooper7177 It’s been raining here for about a month and a half straight. Finally got a break in the weather and they will be moving their belongings into the new house this week/weekend. They love it!
This is the greatest tiny home I've seen. The screened porch is the best. I'd put a daybed out there and use it as a sleeping porch in the summertime. Beautiful home, all the amenities, I'm a woman who loves space and I could actually live in this tiny home.
It’s actually a very well written and comprehensive book ru-vid.comUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 . I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.
RU-vid brought me here months ago and I am obsessed with Mr Tiny Tim and recreational resort cottages... I cannot wait to retire and hopefully Mr Tiny Tim will be there when I go to purchase my very own tiny house 👍🏼🥰
You know we love our screened in porches in Texas-it's always that lagniappe, that little something extra for your customers that make your homes a cut above the rest and the very best.
I live on the other side of the country and am not currently in the market for a new home, tiny or otherwise but I watch Tiny Home Tuesday videos with Mr Tiny consistently because he's so entertaining and I love looking at the homes. Such a great resource and great videos!
My plan is to buy up a bunch of these and put them on private property to rent to elderly & disabled vets. But I really haven't gotten around to playing the lotto lately so...
I LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ this model! No lofts and a screened in porch is absolutely awesome! Also, Mr. Tiny needs a pay raise … he’s cool as heck. Great salesman. I’d love to buy this model.
Uhh, where's the dinning room table at??? Can't go in front of the sliding doors, you lose an entry. Bedroom is too small for me. Only one air condition unit in living room, none in the bedroom, deal breaker for me. With the high ceilings, one ac unit will work hard to cool the bedroom. This one's not for me Mr Tiny. 🌴😎🌴
Mr. Tiny has got you covered!! So get subscribed (like you should be.) He’s not just cute to look at, but he’s got personality, and gives the most in depth tours with all the details. 🤩
@@LindaMadisonPR - I pray you get the tiny home you’ve always wanted. I’m waiting for the right land too. In the meantime, keep watching his videos to know exactly what you want. I believe having a dream in detail helps to make it happen. Best Wishes to you.
This looks good and the single level is ideal for us except unsure if it is truly workable. My husband is in a wheelchair and the layout is to cramped. Before anyone criticizes we live in a 220 ft efficiency apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are too small for his wheelchair. So does anyone know if they have wheelchair accessible models? I am looking for wheelchair accessible not accessible models because there is a vast difference between able bodied with limitations accessible as apposed to wheelchair accessible. That statement is not intended to be rude or any of that nature it is that most people don’t understand the distinction. I certainly didn’t before I met and married my husband. So if anyone knows of wheelchair accessible tiny house that can fit 2person kitchen table small island wide enough hallway bedroom can fit queen bed wheelchair can fit in room at least 1 side easily wheelchair can get in and out of bathroom 2 air conditioners ceiling fans side by side washer dryer set because stacked is not accessible
Absolutely love this- even my 6'4" husband could feel comfortable in this! One story, dishwasher, W/D, and full size fridge and stove make this supremely liveable.
You’ve got a real winning design with this Eagle’s Landing tiny house. I Love that everything’s on one level and the side by side washer & dryer! So much easier for seniors and handicapped people. A walk in shower or shower-tub combo and lower counter tops and light switches would also make it more accessible for people who use walkers and wheelchairs ♿️. But the wide patio entrance is very helpful. Your tiny homes look as spacious as a regular house. And they’re absolutely Gorgeous! Thanks again for sharing!
Love the screen in porch it would be nice in the summer time no mosquitoes to bite u. And The space is just right for me God bless u always 🙏. Baltimore MD
👋🏽😃Mr. Timmons, your presentations and tours are more detailed about the architectural details, fittings, and savings for customers than other sources seen on RU-vid. So far, you outshine any other presenters I am following. I give you 4.5 stars out of 5! Thank you very much. 🏆🙂👍🏽 Comment date: July 22, 2021
I Love the Eagle's Landing!! I wouldn't change anything but the wall color. I would Love a light gray! I can have a washer/dryer and a closed screen porch I AM IN HEAVEN and have Landed in my place Rest, Relaxation and Royalty!! Thanks, Mr.Tiny with your Handsome self!!!
@4Freedom4All I was thinking the same thing. French doors with an overhang or gable. I don't like screened in porches in the front. It is what I have now and wish it was on the side. Just making the counter on the island bigger for eating if possible.
Love this home. Would change sliding door to regular entrance door. Love side by side washer/dryer area and would keep cabinets instead if dish washer. Perfect home.
I am going to purchase this version with a few changes within a year I hope but the purchase will happen. I can’t believe 49 people gave this a thumbs down. He could sell ice to a penguin.
Love this model. Like that it is on one level. Like the screened in porch , the dishwasher, the two sliding glass doors, and the side by side washer and dryer. Basically, I love everything about it.
The kitchen is everything you want & need as a cook, & with that island as a hostess, too. I love the light and airiness of the home. That front porch is the bomb!
You could ask them to build you another closet in the back half of your laundry space, and put your dryer on top of a front loading washer. If I did that, I'd ask for a double rod - one up top, another down below. That would give you 4 more feet of hanging clothes space.
Love this tiny home, only thing I would change is a tiled shower in the bathroom and removing the sliding door and bump it out in the kitchen to make space for a small dining table.
@Douglasville Darling these are considered RV's. That's why they can't be larger than 399 square ft. By making them no larger than 399 square ft you don't have to pay real estate taxes on them. Have a great day.
I love The Eagles Landing! Two things I would change are I would install a walk-in tub with a shower and I would add a fireplace on the porch (even if it had to be an open air porch) and a fireplace below the TV then it would be perfect!!!
Loved it! For myself, I would like an electric fireplace underneath where the TV mounts to the wall. Butcher block island, love the stainless steel appliances and side by side washer and dryer hookups. Black fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, The last thing.. would be to put the electrical panel outside of the home in back. Thank you, for this one its the closest one that I can see myself living in someday soon I hope.
Love it....he’s not bad either. Would love to see this cutie on a lovely piece of green property. Add some trees, red geraniums, brilliant pink flocks and ferns. I’m all set! Just perfect for this sunshine loving mature single lady.
Great price single story tiny home! Very nice floor plan w all the extra pantry closets and side by side W/D, which is a great plus...Love the screen-in front porch!
I love this! I just would really want a bathtub and I’d personally like a different countertop, backsplash, and outside color. So love it’s all one level! The porch is superb! 💕❤️
Love this home. The only thing I'd do differently is a patio door out the bedroom with blinds. Then, you have lots of exits plus another porch/ deck area opportunity. I wish you had this in TN for my property in Etowah.
Oh my God I love everything about those tiny homes, the quality the look and most of all your presentation and how passionate you are about it I will buy this in a heartbeat if I decide on my next purchase that would be it, thank you for what you guys doing looking forward to seeing more of your homes
Out of curiosity, if one wanted a little more roofing overhang to accommodate 6" gutters once the unit is stationary, and if one wanted a propane stove instead of electric, and if one wanted stone counter tops in lieu of laminate, can that sort of thing happen? And what is the lead time to build something like that? What kind of question(s) would one need to ask a real estate agent when shopping for a lot to put a unit like that on?
Mr. Tiny could sell me the phone book and I wouldn't stray my attention for one millisecond lol ..... He is so dang adorable and fun to listen to! What is financing like? I love this cottage ....especially the screen porch!!! That adds great additional living space. I want this one level cottage appeal!! I would want an office space or desk area added....
I'm on my own Just me and my two little dogs since my darling husband passed away in 2020from covidThis would a good place for my children to come with the grand children for cookouts on summer evenings and inside dinners in the winter Love it
