This is a pretty amusing run for a gosh-darn fighting game, of all things. The AI doesn't know how to handle the Jaguar's overhead throw, so it can be abused quite well, but it's not THE fastest way to defeat opponents, so there's some skill involved. There's also the matter of choosing when to get a perfect round for extra cash at the cost of two extra seconds in the victory pose of a match.
It's been sitting on my hard drive for a couple years now, figure someone might be interested in the absurdity of this fastness.
