Advantages are far more bigger than the disadvantages listed by you. If it's a one time adjustment, it can be managed. The real problem is how to continue it. It will require constitutional amendment to manage scenarios when a govt cannot complete it's tenure. Unless that is addressed, any discussion will not be fruitful.
