Nice flip overall. House was bought in March 2022 for #1.2 mil. Anytime I see Zline appliances I question why they did not spend the money for a Wolf/Viking/Thermador level brand. $2.7 mil houses don't have zline. I like the garage and the basement is a huge bonus as well. Great video as always.

Nicely done for a party pad. Visually it's overly stimulating to be a real home or restful retreat. Can't raise children in it. Kids will be going crazy in there because so much is going on with the flooring. But I do love it though.❤

Love the angles in this home! The workmanship is one of the best I've seen from your channel. My only gripe is all the marble throughout the house. I have COD so I need everything to be less busy. And the constant change in material would drive me crazy. Other than that I love the house. The stairs and backyard is my favorite!

No they just make it look good on paper in reality HOAs are a pain. If ya want to fix ya house and yard ya have to get the approval of the HOA to redo it. They don't protect the homeowners it opens the discussion of what and who is the boss. You can't have a party like ya would elsewhere with a HOA ya have to do what they say.

A home with a fire place, tend to make people sick. So while a Fire Place is beautiful to look at, it does increase the hassards of a home and the smoke, will cause cancer...it's very erractic with chimneys.

Nice, VERY NICE!!! What would ruin it for me though would be having trashy, low life neighbors who park their overflow cars, trucks and SUV's on the sides and directly in front of YOUR house and literally/technically abandoning them there for days/weeks and months on end. And if you do or say something about it like; Hey, I don't do this to you so why are you doing it to me?!?!?, sort'a thing... and they retaliate in ways that are VIOLENT and unexpected like come home to broken windows, windshields, graffiti, mailbox and the rest of the whole nine yards. Just saying.
