Waco and Ruby Ridge honestly didn’t even fit really any definition of the Second Amendment. They were people who armed themselves just to fight the government for the hell of it (for no discernible reason) or for their own self-interest, not for the security of a free state. After they were to "Interpret" a law/amendment a certain way, it was then impressed upon congress to make an amendment for which they agreed upon to follow the consensual limitations per all three of the checks/balances that was put into place. So that all people can truly have reasonable and logical laws under the Constitution. Militias were a group based/voluntary (non-contractual) way of organization. Militias in the Second Amendment are crucial, to the Freedom and Liberty of the people for the people by the people. The right to keep and bare arms is infinite. Where SCOTUS screwed up was by making it mandatory for background checks/mental health checks, age restrictions, telling us the kind of weapons/accessories and such we could have and stating that only certain people couldn't legally purchase/own weapons after any jail time (even if a person has completely turned over a new leaf and wants to help in emergency situations). The congress SHOULD have followed suit and amended the constitution per the rules and regs towards the basic rights in the "Bill of Rights" as it's one of the major tenants in our country that kept this country alive (after creating it). Don't forget, when the revolutionary war occurred, many "prisoners" in the horrid types of prisons they had then? They were allowed to come out and serve the peoples freedoms as they themselves were against the King as well. They were granted freedom for service, allowed to keep weapons and 95% of them experienced great new lives thereafter. Militias are what this country was meant to have that in time of great peril and emergency they could be ready to serve at a moments notice without issue. Stating that the guards are a part of that is actually a fallacy as they're contracted as well. They're just part of the standard military as per the constitution in later parts. But our military technically is to be refreshed every two years, defunded and funded those times so that this prevented bureaucratic take overs which has lead to the current MILITARY INDUSTRIAL WAR COMPLEX that's been allowed to build so dangerously and allowed us to burry ourselves into just about every nation with a base and to "attack" preemptively when places we really never needed to in the first place, thus sacrificing millions of innocent lives for political expedience rather than for "Freedom and Liberty". Militias of all these kinds listed in America on this and not listed are Constitutional and many of them should gather together and always be alert and ready. Even if it means becoming anti-gov't because they're set in place to reset the gov't per Thomas Jefferson from time to time to feed the roots of the tree of liberty. Liberty is never a guarantee, it's always something that requires death. And we've been sold a bill of goods that it's only for fighting outside the country when some of the biggest enemies? The military won't kill civilians. The military is comprised of civilians, fellow citizens. Same with the FBI... They aren't too brainwashed and the majority of them would not commit such crimes against the American people.
