Yes, Ren plays all the instruments when composing his music, some times he uses samples and changes them as well. Guitar, acoustic, bass, keyboard, piano and makes his own beats (drum machine, and plays many percussive instruments).

Ren too uses the ocean to help his healing. Listen to ‘Humble’ or ‘Heretic’ - the latter in particular. They’re superb songs.

hello dear!! thanks for the great review of a fave of mine! i always say the same thing: this song sounds like valium feels!! and you're right, it is a mf to get off of. especially 40 yrs ago. i remember 'golden' with a sigh, it was sweet, i won't lie. kathleen

Its why I hate being on such Meds. They are not 'intelligent' and can take just your anxiety and sadness but they steal all of them including Joy so you just 'exist' in a kind of numb state but no-longer 'live'!

I agree with you, very well said. I think it’s for a very extreme situation snd for a very short time. Ideally you resolve the root causes.

Yes diet is probably the most important part. Get off of processed foods, seed oils, sugar, refined carbs along with the many chemicals that are used to "preserve" your food. Eat whole foods, meat, veggies and water is best. Organic or grow your own if possible to avoid the pesticides and herbicides that they mass spray on all crops. So many diseases are caused including cancer by chemicals and sugars in our food. On top of that exercise is a must to help relieve anxiety, stress, etc.

Preach🙌🏼 I personally started learning and growing some of my food since the beginning of 2020 and it has been life changing! I found this deeper spiritual connection with Earth and a new passion of mine is gardening now. My dream is to have my own farm one day and to provide healthy food for my friends and family.

@@StarikMoon Yes we grow all of our veggies and can or freeze dry them for winter. I avoid fruit because of the sugar content and we can't grow much in the cold climate besides the apple trees we have. We have laying hens and eat a lot of eggs. We get beef and lamb from a local farmer who feeds his animals hay, alfalfa and organic grain in winter. No vax or growth hormones on his animals. It is expensive but worth it. The food in the US is full of chemicals and it makes me sad that people have little choice.

That is so awesome, you're so lucky to have access to the underrated blessing of clean food and I'm sure you planned and worked hard for it. I'm wondering have you heard of the Biodynamic farming method by Rudolf Steiner? If yes, can you share your thoughts on it? I've been learning about it recently and find it to be very interesting.
