Hey I've been playing every game this man has recommended and yeaaaa.... this dude doesn't miss 💯👍👍 Basementgamer thank you, i fell out of love with gaming but you spark a fire in me to pick up the sticks 🎮. Keep up the good work.
I'm not genna lie, it's not exactly easy when the game gives you evidence, that links to something, but when you question them about it, it doesn't quite fit into the interrogation alot of the time. I can't remember a specific scenario this happened to me, haven't played it in months, but some of the evidence just doesn't really fit some of the interrogations. So it's understandable it don't always work out for you.
It truly is...such a masterpiece. Rockstar went nuts during the ps3/360 era: gta iv and the episodes from liberty city dlcs, rdr and undead nightmare dlc, LA Noire, Max Payne 3and then gta V, i mean, crazy. back to back to back to back legendary titles.
@@kickusernameWhen you see published by rock star or whatever, it doesn't mean they were not part of the development. Rock star and team bondi did l.A noire.
Watched part of this vid some weeks ago, stopped, decided to get L.A. Noire for my own PS3 and understand the game myself. Finished it yesterday. A definitive Top 3 best games ever, for me. Just came back now to finish the video.
Ok, so your Silent 2 review was priceless. So I decided to look on and wow, another gem! I agree, one of the best games of that generation. Great story telling and narrative. Clever way to insert a Harold and Kumar reference. Bravo! I am now subscribing. Thank you
@@kickusername tbh I was disappointed at first when I played the game after watching trailers, but with every case I got completely immersed and couldn't stop playing
been playiong this game for the past few weeks coincidentlly. It really is underrated coimpaed to the other Rickstar releases. 2024 and I still only play xbox360. Keep saying I will buy a new console when it seems worth it, but that day has not come.
Rockstar didn’t develop the game, Team Bondi did but Rockstar published it. Great game, shame there’s nothing else like it and they shit the developer down 😢
I played through the game literally a few months ago and I still find it crazy how L.A. Noire isn’t talked much. It’s a solid game with the Rockstar games name on the box. Also yes I’m aware another team (I think called team bondi) made it but it still had Rockstar games there as the publisher.
Woo. I started playing l. A noire since last month, still not done yet. Man, this game messed with my head 😂 had to spend about 10 minutes to think things through first before sentencing a suspect. For the first time in my life I started thinking and looking at things like a real life detective. You have to pay attention to every detail, think and memorize things. Some cases can be really tricky. You're never going to rush this game or else you keep failing interviews and interrogation, you have to go back to ur log in the pause menu to see if you couldn't recall some conversations. Great game no doubt and it can be boring and tedious as well. Especially for those who don't like slow pace games. The game is for adult not for kids under 18. It's not just a game, it teaches us how to see things in different ways. It teaches us how to do investigations on our own and think like a detective. Rock star and Team bondi deserved some credit for this. Facial expressions and voice acting are all first class. The graphics is insane for a ps3 game.
LA Noire is simply one of the most under-rated, yet highly engrossing games ever. The story is superb and kudos to Rockstar for doing something different. LA Noire has a much more relaxed feel than Sleeping Dogs/GTA4/5 and similar sandboxes. But you do have to concentrate on the interrogations. The music adds so much too.
I'd love a remake of Noire. The way they pulled off the faces and expressions on the 360 was mind-boggling imagine what they could do now, if rockstar hasn't been taken over by mediocre devs with a ten word "gender identity"? One of very few games I played through multiple times 👏🏻
I took a gamble on this one when it debuted back in 2011. Its truly one of the most memorable games I've ever played. What's your opinion one the remaster? I always go back to the PS3 version for nostalgia purposes.
I completed LA Noire. "Point and Click". I give it a 6/10. Just completed "Borderlands" (the first one). God that game was tricky. So difficult to kill the enemy. Literally takes about 50 bullets to kill each one. It gets easier once you level up but it takes quite some to to do that. Still a great game though, some great battles. Just started Borderlands 2. Hoping it will be like the first one.
I gave this game a try twice. On ps3 back ehen it released and the ps4 remaster a few years ago. Hated it the first time and the second time got slightly further. I just can't do it. It bores me to tears.
Gaming went downhill the second we got destiny. PS4/xbone was the start of micro transactions and online service games. Or at least it made it popular. Oh and don’t forget the insane amount of remakes/remasters. Truly terrible time in gaming and this gen is just 2.0 lame
Not sure I’d agree it’s in contention for the best game ever. The gameplay loop is too repetitive. I enjoy the game and have started 10 or more runs since release, but have only finished it once or maybe twice. The period; outfits, music, language used etc, is great. I’m sure I’d enjoy more games in this genre from Rockstar, but the game probably didn’t do well enough for that to ever become a reality. I also thought it was a bit cheap how much the story was based on LA Confidential. Big games should stand on their own two feet.
You have to be well educated to play this game to take everything in....and I'm not. I'll get distracted very easily and have the attention span of 10 seconds....lol.
I don't really rate the graphics cos it reminds me of the godfather for ps2 and im not saying thats a bad thing cos i loved the godfather for ps2 but for a sum wat recent game I thought they could of had better graphics basically im one of those red dead heads RDR2 that is and i just can't get on with any other graphics or gameplay now ive been exposed to the greatest graphics and gameplay
