Koko waited for a long time for him to come out of the building after he started avoiding her and later she chased after him to the point of stealing a bicycle just to tell him not to go where she can't reach him. So your point can be considered valid.

Yeah man, like damn! it's not clear until the last minutes of the last episode, that was really captivating, it had me holding my chair bcs of the anxiety 😅 Although I now think the ending was clear bcs of the 2nd opening, the fmc is koko after all

I remember really well watching this anime. This hit deep and actually made me cry because of the ending. Golden Time really makes up to It's name: the time I spent watching this is golden.

Yo i remember this anime, one of the freakiest scenes is when Banri gets thrown off the bridge by a guy on a motorcycle if anyone payed enough attention then you would notice that guys model was identical to the guy who was cheating with Linda’s sister in law
I don’t think you’re on the same page as everyone else because all the details you just gave are not included in this anime. Linda doesn’t have a sister in law. Nobody threw Banri off the bridge, he was hit off the bridge in a collision accident. Linda was the one who hit Banri on the bridge, not a random guy. I think you’re the one who needs to pay more attention.
@@LullabyeNyah then you don’t know Linda has a brother who was married during a flash back Old Banri and Linda follow the brother’s wife to the apartment of the guy she was cheating with he was looking at them from the window, Banri got hit by a guy on a scooter or motorcycle and fell of the bridge, if you look at the guy in the window and on the scooter then you notice they look identical.
He said linda has a sister in law and her sister in law was cheating but Banri and Linda caught them and the guy was staring at Banri from the window and ya that's possible that guy did this for revenge
This anime breaks my heart cause once you hear a girl say that it feels-, well for me in my point of view it feels like a sword stabbing your heart, and you feel heavy and so sad. So seeing this I understand this male protagonist. I can relate so much to this🥲🥲🥲

As for this story, the girls were gossiping and the way she said あのやつ ずんで好きじゃない in a very dismissive manner. The direct translation is "I don't really like that guy." This is where tone and context come in and could be taken in, again, a dismissive or even mocking manner. If that wasn't the case, why would she look mortified that he heard if she wasn't interested? But that then gets into the wider context of their relationship. They are very close which is why the question of her interest was brought up. She likely hasn't thought about if she has feelings for him or not because things are the same as they always were. The way things always were was obviously a lot closer than most friends, which is what sparked the question. She only realized this after she lost him though, while he was thinking about it before this happened. So one of them was aware and ended up getting hurt by the one who, although shares at least some similar feelings, ignored them until the damage was already done. At least, this is my thinking on the subject.

I think it’s more so the fact that she mocked him in some sense during the exchange with the other girls that bothered him so much, hearing her say that she doesn’t “see him that way” despite having feelings towards her was just the big nail on the coffin. They’re supposed to at the very least be good friends but here she is talking about him with the other girls and belittling him rather than being selective with her words.

This scene just drives home how painful it is to believe someone feels the same you do only for them to trample all over your feelings for them, for you to become dejected, emotionless, and spiral deep into depression to the point you can't even look at other people. Though the anime had her realize in time, this is just a sad painful truth that doesn't end well all too often.
Btw she never loved him romantically. She and him were really close he liked her romantically but she saw him as a friend. After some time he looses his memory and starts having panic attacks etc and he starts a new life in Tokyo as a College student after taking 1 year drop where he meets a friend and a girl who wants to marry his friend but his friend doesn't want to marry him. And this guy falls in love with her and she falls in love with this guy after some time and they start dating. But things start to change when his past memories and his high school love start slowly coming back. Must watch anime. 24 Épisodes Name golden time. One of the best Romantic, kinda sad, kinda happy, Roller coaster of Emotions. I like the Female lead kinda obsessive and stuff. Also it's lot Mature so if you have only watched stuff like Kaguya sama and Tora Dora you won't get it if you are watching this anime enter with mature mind set.
Btw she actually loved him. She didn’t knew it at that time. She realized it way too late. She even said if she wasn’t late. She could have saved him and hve hold his hand forever. Linda feeling were for old Banri who was still stuck at that bridge waiting for her. While she only saw new banri as friend. If she has went their earlier then she would have been his gf.
