We recently ate at the Steak House at Circus Circus Las Vegas after several subscribers recommended that we review this highly rated Las Vegas steakhouse. The Steak House at Circus Circus has been a Las Vegas dining tradition for over 30 years and considered by many to be the best steakhouse in Las Vegas. The Circus Circus steakhouse serves high quality dry-aged Midwestern beef cooked over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. The Steak House staff is very experienced and top-notch, with many having over 20, and even 30 years, of experience serving guests great steaks at this classic Las Vegas restaurant. Ron Randazzo, General Manager of The Steak House at Circus Circus, and his staff will make you feel welcome and ensure that you have a great dining experience eating at the steakhouse.
In addition to the steakhouse’s open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler, The Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged in a process that tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor.
