People call Beyoncé overrated because it’s trendy. No one can ever point out why they call her overrated though.

Saying Beyonce is overrated is a character flaw. This woman only gives music, she is only known for her work, not her drama, so what we get from her is what she gives. That being said, can’t be overrated when your work puts you in this position. A lot of faves like Rihanna are in positions based on popularity, not talent.

Beyonce is actually under rated if we keeping it 100. The gp doesn't give her enough credit.

If anyone calls her overrated, it’s because she’s so phenomenal that she surpasses the rating scale. She’s not in my personal top ten, yet she’s one of the best performers I’ve ever seen. Consistent, gorgeous vocals, powerful, and a hit maker. ❤ I’ve loved her since my sisters and I were pretending to be destiny’s child in their debut when we were dancing in our living room in the 90s.

The album before this one is the album that started the surprise drop trend. That album is also the reason why all new music is released on a Friday

This is easily one of my favorite Beyonce songs, especially the "hot sauce in my bag" bit because when my grandma was still alive, she literally used to carry a tiny bottle of hot sauce in her purse and now I do the same as a way to remind me of her daily. I catch myself singing it at least once a week still lol

If she’s overrated I always want to know whose live vocals, choreo or stage performance WITH the live vocals is outdoing her. No one ever gives me a specific answer. People just need to be honest that they don’t like her as an artist or a person- which is valid. Technically 😂

Y’all should react to more of her current discography. Hee lion king soundtrack was beautiful and everything is love with Jay is one of the most underrated albums of all time.

No this is not the one you are talking about the self titled album Beyonce in 2013 that was the first surprise album visual album to be exact 17 visuals for each song were made and all released at the same time. The lemonade album was a actual visual film.

Beyonce, her 2013 album (which, I personally like better than Lemonade) was the first album to drop out of nowhere. And, it was one of the first visual albums. Lemonade came 3 years later (same MO with dropping out of nowhere).
