You should get it, its only $150k... thats like 3 years times the average annual income of a typical American. If you have a hubby ya'll can have it paid off and live rent free for the rest of your lives.
No kidding... it really is beautiful. That bathroom on the first bedroom though... If someone is shorter than 5ft 5 there is no way they can reach that showerhead lmao
I really love your work the houses look beautiful the audio is good please use more light on your house tour coz u are missing some very important details of the finishing...ie the kitchen and the bathroom a very important
Indeed; the house is a beauty; it's beautiful as in rich 👀 looking; inside and outside built of house of including balconies connection to the house is sweet.👌↗I'm not 👀 watching to buy a house; I just love to see beautiful houses and apartments and often love to make comments about amongst the comment section.😁
Excellent presentation - how far is it from down town kigali, what about the amenities please - schools, hotels, banks, police station. Apologies for asking too much.
Ur cameraman is not good. He he doesn’t show the whole place especially down (floor) … Secondly , next video give more details about the location , name the place the house is facing ( the views) etc. The house is nice
I live here in California I have solar panels all over the roof of my house my electric bill would be about $500 a month that's $500 United States dollars I have no idea what that being Rwandan money because I have the solar panels and storage my electric bill is $170 USD a big difference
I suppose that some people would like a swimming pool and but the temperature there does not get high enough to heat the pool to 82 83 degrees Fahrenheit you would have to have a temperature of over 100° Fahrenheit to heat the pool to the high 80s therefore the best thing you could have would be a hot tub and you will have to use gas to bring the temperature up to 105 110° f so you can enjoy your hot tub but a swimming pool in Ken Dolly at the altitude you're at the temperatures that you get all the time it is not going to be conducive for a pool
I only have one comment for all home builders if they're trying to get expatriates expats to buy their houses they need to build the master bedroom on the bottom floor as you get older you can't climb stairs so therefore the master bedroom the master bath everything needs to be on the bottom floor and separated from the living room and dining area and everything else here in the United States builders understand that the population has become much older and they realize people cannot climb stairs therefore you might have two or three bedrooms upstairs for the younger members of the family but down on the bottom floor is where the master bedroom is I hope in Rwanda that they realize if they're going to be catering for the expat community they need to do the same we are not Young hate to say it but it's the truth I'm not a young person I'm 60 years old
It is beautiful, but it is not children friendly. Would be great if one has fully grown young adults. Can this house be passed down to my children or is it one of those you own for 20yrs then you have to go through process like a lease? I do not believe Rwanda has any repatriation program like Sierra Leone. I do not believe a diaspora can actually own that property if he or she is not married to a native.
you can own property as a foreigner in Rwanda and your kids can inherit it. What they no longuer do is allow foreigners to buy a whole bunch of land, You can only buy 1 for personal use and another one as an investment.
Also American and European buyers do not like a wet bath and that's what we call it when there is no separation from the shower and the toilet we like a firm separation I do not want to be standing spraying the toilet with water while I'm taking a shower I want a firm separation between the two otherwise I have to take a towel and dry off the entire bathroom because shower water went everywhere I don't understand why you have no separation with glass or doors or whatever between the shower and the rest of the bathroom to keep the shower water contained in one area to me it's crazy to take a shower and have the water going everywhere or throughout the entire bathroom you know the wow the shower water is going on the toilet going on the sink it's going everywhere off my body that's that is totally crazy to think that that's a problem I have with the the bathrooms I want to separation glass a walled separation I don't care I want no shower water going out to my sink in toilet or anything else..
Unless the pool is heated so I don't see that you're saying the pool has the capability to be heated with gas so a pool is wasted at that altitude it will never get up to a temperature that somebody wants to go swim in unless it's heated even in the middle of summer so it's nice they put the pool in but it will never get used I'm not going to swim in 65° weather Fahrenheit or water Fahrenheit so not going to happen so you would have to heat the pool your average temperature of 90° at the hottest that's not going to warm up the pool so let somebody can swim in it not somebody like me anyway so I leave her in California temperature gets to 105 degrees that means the pool is about 87° perfect
Why can you not have covered parking it rains a lot there so you need to have covered parking and I would use my covered parking to put solar panels on top of the covered parking also solar panels on the roof of the house I don't get you have parking but it's not covered it rains I don't want to be getting soaked trying to get to my car I hate to say it you have not figured that out yet when it comes to construction covered parking I don't want my motorcycles my cars or anything else sitting out there in the rain what part of that don't you guys get I would buy a house but I'm going to get covered parking and put solar panels on top of the house
These people are getting ripped off. The roads to the house aren’t finished, the yard’s aren’t finished, and the WORST…… there are NO appliances or A/C that I’ve seen. Besides building a walls/room’s, the only thing left when making a house, is really design. How that Kitchen and bathroom looks! 👀 every other room, is just 4 wall’s …….. so these TWO rooms, should always be SPECTACULAR. Just my opinion.
@@scottbryant7070 Not everybody swim for fitness. I don’t think you need an olympic swimming pool to swim for fun on a sunny day. This pool is perfect for a home.
While Americans are investing in Universities, Education and research Africans are investing in stone buildings depleting the environment and agricultural lands.
