That’s the joy about getting older. When you’re young you have so much to do. Especially when you have kids. When you are on your own, you can stop and smell the roses. One day it will be her time too.
You know, Katie is a GIVER. She makes sure all are busy and happy before herself trying to be both parents at one time. Time is precious, take her invitation next time or invite her out. Spend a few moments together - just adults. We never know what time any of us has. You are so blessed to have family.
He does go put with her n the kids but def need dad n daughter time n she needs her time. She's a good girl. Your lucky to have each other n I'm glad you found your way back to each other. Your a great dad grandfather and friend. Your so very right they should go.out for dinner or soemrhing silly n spend some time together n show her what u see thru your eyes. I'm sure she used ro be an at home.mom. so as rhe kids get older she's always on the go. I know it was like that for me. Aside from fairs n science centers n such when they were real.little. now I barley see them they grew up. She will miss that time with them as they grow. But she will.also miss that tiem away im sure too. I agree. You need more coffee days. But you do luve together so your rpb driving each other crazy too ahahaha I knwo me n mom need our time away too. I thi k she worry about you n your big trip. ❤
well now i am a senior i too can slow down, raising my special needs son was full on for many years, but any mum has her hands full, dads too,my son has adhd of the charts and me too ha ha, but aging kinda slows us down, well i guess jeff having your wheels they are your legs now, am so happy you are mobile and how you keep inspiring others lol kaz
With 4 boys, she is like a whirlwind. They are great kids. Kudos to her hard work. As we progress down the road if life, we start to appreciate the flowers, trees and each other. Enjoy the week.
I remember those days and now my daughter is experiencing the Busy mom life. I'm enjoying the retired life and am thankful that I am here to enjoy it. God bless.❤❤

Once the children are grown up it still might take her years to slow down. I'm still trying to master slowing down. Vanlife has been helping me alot, it's change my life for the better.
Jeffie Bear age and life's needs make your daughter rush. I remember that with my two boys now grown. Now, I have slowed down enough to drink and smell my coffee aside my two female dogs. Yes. Van life is much nicer when you can take your time. I believe though that when it's our dads we act calmly but you are one of the first priorities on our radar. When I saw your video my coffee break stopped. The slowness stopped. We love you bro ❤❤❤ GREECE.

Isn't it luxurious to be able to slow down to smell the coffee instead of slamming it back and off to the races. I was a hit the ground running kind of person. I love being able to go at a slower speed.
I've always been happier and feel more balanced whenever I have opportunities to just take life at a more calm and slower pace. It gives me time to ponder and think about things in a deeper way. There are just too many "weapons of mass distrAction" in our societies and cultures that constantly fight for our attention and it can be difficult to find time to just sit and "smell the flowers".
