Probably not directly. Looks like they have Cleveland Clinic running it, they probably use their standard billing systems.

...can’t help but wonder if the investment would had better served the public if it was spent on treatments and/or research. People with degenerative brain disease won’t remember what the architecture looked like anyways.

Richard Meier. Frank Lloyd Wright. But I do agree with you--how could you not think "Gehry" upon seeing it? In Roanoke, VA, you can see the Taubman Museum, which will make you think Gehry as well, but it was designed by one of his associates.

What are you talking about "the outskirts of town?" The Lou Ruvo is located in DOWNTOWN Las Vegas just TWO BLOCKS from Fremont Street.

I wonder if patients with mental illness ever find the building disorienting. Like they're expecting a normal hospital and think that they've passed into the Beetlejuice world.

Its just a shell bolted on a normal building. In other words, a fake. Most of the weird parts of it don't have interiors and the ones that do only have one giant empty space.
