I realy liked, great voice.

This was the last concert I went to. I miss them so much. 🥺 They'll be having an acoustic live later this month with a global stream on the 31st. No word on how to get tickets for the online stream yet but I'm sure they'll be up soon so keep a lookout on their social and website. Taka's English has really improved over the years. He is still obviously not a native speaker when he converses but you can hardly tell when he sings. He works very hard on his pronunciation because even if you have perfect grammar, if your pronunciation is way off, people will not understand you. That's why he emphasizes good pronunciation over grammar. ELLEGARDEN is a band you might want to look into if you want to hear more Japanese/English mix. Usually their songs are one or the other but they do have some songs that are a mix. OOR highly respects ELLEGARDEN and Taka was instrumental in their comeback from their 10-year hiatus. For more OOR, check out "Re:make" at Yokohama Stadium. That song has a very good Japanese/English mix.

there is another japan rock band called MY FIRST STORY .. the vocalist of MY FIRST STORY is Taka's (ONE OK ROCK) little brother.

Taka absolutely mix the japanese and english so beautifully. Sometimes when he sing in japanese it sounded english , really really amazing voice. Most japanese singer mix their songs with english , really great, but One Ok Rock`s concert is one of a kind , Taka (the vocalist) make his fans join him in every concert . You should really listen to L' arc en ciel, legendary jrock band,and other band their lead vocalist HYDE is in called VAMPS,and him as a solo artist. I have worked at Karaoke bar once and noticed those who sing well have almost non accents while singing although their English wasn't good when speaking (even have strong accents) OOR have very high (er) frequency, not only Taka but all of them ... which come from their LOVE, that's why so many of us are so so so addicted to their music, in this critical time of our Planet ascending (taking us all with her) higher & higher. the souls of OOR definitely came down here to contribute for that to elevate our frequencies. (if you ever listen to Sky Fall, which is a great collab with other Japanese singers known in heavier music but you can definitely hear Taka just is different. such clean energy & higher frequency.) Taka has said something like in their last album they tried as far from Rock music as a rock band could but this coming new album, they are going back to Rock music ... but Taka also had said quite a long time ago that he didn't feel good to scream in their music to their fans thus they don't have many songs with screaming. (but if you ever have the chance to listen to Ending Story?? 'older' live. his scream is something else) in a recent interview/talk show, Taka also said something like rock music tend to be about anger toward society but OOR have become as happy as they could get through the time of success as a band. (so it's kind of challenging writing rock music.)

This is their best live of this song, but anyway OOR is always best in their live performances! Taka is just a small powerhouse, as they say Small But Terrible... So talented! Thank you for the great reaction! They are my favorite Japanese Rock group! 💛💛💛💛
