I'm a bit disappointed with how disrespectful, Sen. Bato was at the end of this hearing, making assumptions that are accusatory to the invited witnesses. Obviously, the Senate is confusing what a Constitutional Assembly means with Congress (which is composed of the House of Representatives and the Senate). Perhaps when they read "Congress", they were thinking only of the House of Representatives.
