It might be really good for Watch Box media relations in social media in short term. But to be frank TGV at his best is a pretentious snob. How can one take a guy serious, when he talks about military heritage of Italian WW2 instead of Italian Partisan Movement. And adds terms like rest is history when it comes to his life. Hilarious. Truly sad for watchbox.

Yeaaaa...... I do not see this lasting too long. Just like all other friendship or partnership in professional environment for TGV. Inauthenticity and forged gentleman such as TGV will eventually be transparent. His history of collaboration with other RU-vidrs have ended in sour note because of TGVs personal greed, jealousy, deceptiveness and ingenuine personality. This is why I do not think is collaboration or what ever you want to call this will not end very well. I will give 6 to 10 months. Good luck to Watchbox.

What the...this was not the move WatchBox. While I understand you are a business and partnering with TGV will give you exposure to a much wider audience of 330k subs and thus greater traffic and sales, you need to realize that this move diminishes the identity of your brand. I have been watching horological RU-vid for years now since the days when you were watchuwantinc and TGV was under 20k subs. The reason people come to your channel is for serious, detailed, top notch watch content. TGV is a play for the beginners-those who want to scratch the surface of horology and be spoon-fed “top ten lists” with lackluster originality that pass the time. If anything you guys should have partnered with a crew like TheWatchestv which would have allowed you to be connected with a group of seriously knowledgeable individuals located in Switzerland so you could have coverage of the brands on their home turf. I hope you guys have a really good reason for this move and have good reasons for not choosing the other better possibilities.

TGV is one of the first watch channels that I came across that had the same enthusiasm for a 200 dollar watch as a 10,000 dollar watch. And though I've sort have outgrown his channel in favor of any and all Tim Masso related RU-vid channels and Armand the Watch Guy, I'll always appreciate his contribution to my appreciation on the hobby.

It was good to not do this as a livestream. It would have been an absolute trollfest. It was interesting to hear from both people at the table. I won’t be watching in the future to look at G-Shocks. Tristano looked very nervous and almost out of his depth already but, Tim was a very accommodating influence and carried the conversation calmly. I do hope that we are not going to have to get used to hearing “Ciao” at the end of videos and live-streams!

Tim = strong presence that has a commanding presence on the set. TGV = weak presence that does not appear to work well with others. He was talked over in many conversation by Christian and Fed. Tim is going to walk all over this guy. Either you use TGV for standalone production or this relationship will fail. This seems like an odd relationship to begin with because many of his followers love their shitters and TGVs acknowledgment that their shitter is ok...and guess what Watch box doesn't sell shitters.

TGV: I have been a fan of your channel for about a year and wish you well with WatchBox but can I give you some advice? Show up prepared and rise to the occasion. When you're sitting across from Tim and cannot remember a reference number for your favourite Rolex, it comes across as very lazy and sloppy. I've noticed you often say how you can't remember this or that. Drop this bad habit and start remembering otherwise you'll forever come across as a hack.
