uMkhonto weSizwe party leader and former ANC president Jacob Zuma says he will die as an ANC member, despite leading MK, which is standing against the ANC. He speaks to Ziyanda Ngcobo. Tune into Newzroom Afrika DStv channel 405 for more.
This isn't Journalism at all. It's just her agreeing to everything he he is saying, no reputable whatsoever. Just because you fought for the country does not mean you are above the law.
The lady is very well composed and her intellect and grasping of knowledge ideas and her way of asking questions is quite remarkable and very captivating for the listener to listen to to her next question . Well done to you the journalist as well
@@Mmiseli I don't believe that she taking sides. Ziyanda is one of the best but gets too excited. She killed Ramaphosa in an interview last year. I love her.
The man knows how to dress, he's always taken good care of his appearance. We had a bet with friends that this video would reach 1 million views in less than 14 days, and it looks set to do so.
Camera person is clearly very experienced, did a great job. Still a pity that only journalists get credited. To the anonymous camera operator 🙌 Job well done.
If you search him you will find out he is well known, it normal for certain talented people to be hidden from you but once you develop interest you find out their community is equally large.
SABC shot themselves in the foot. If they were fair they were gonna give him an opportunity too like they give others. They know very well that Zuma is one of the senior key figures in today's politics in South Africa. Now they're giving us an impression of bias
@@jabbamangezi490 Hahahaha i noticed that too. Young lady got too comfortable. She almost was insinuating or making an allegation on the old man's health. That did not age well. And he answered very directly without mincing his words. I am not South Africa but i wish i could hear what he thinks of the Guptas. Africa is too full of these foreigners who go to bed with so called leaders and fleece our nations.
Well done to this journalist for not pushing an agenda and engaging in a mutually respectful dialogue. He hasn't been given this respect in many instances.
If you listened carefully to her remarks you would have picked up that she came with an agenda. Listen how she projects her voice when she mentions the R250m "spent" on the house. She's a journalist, she should know the truth about that and know the difference between propaganda and facts. What a low blow on her final question. It is disgusting that she even asked President Zuma that question. How insensitive and inhumane of her. I was disgusted by that question. I hope President Zuma banned her from ever interviewing him and from even stepping her foot on his premises ever again for asking that question about his health. How could she???
@@edmundsishange3608 For what, expressing an opinion? Just so we are clear everyone, a journalist just like any other human being is allowed to have an opinion. An opinion is not the same as an agenda.
Seconded remypipe 🥰 Definitely you didn't live here in South Africa .... Especially during the 60s , the 70s, the 80s when certain PEOPLE were oppressing his ppl😊
I liked the response on the question why are you not giving the chance to young people to liberate\lead the country."I set at home for a number of years and the country was going down with young people, with you included".....there is a huge truth in that response. Let's admit, young people don't care about the country they can only complain but they don't wanna take matters into their own hands, they don't want to risk it all for their country(patriotism)they are satisfied with their salaries especially the middle class because their salaries allow them to rent in the suburbs and buy VW's,others are satisfied with dancing to amapiano on tiktok, totally unaware of what is happening around them.having people at the age of President Zuma leading the struggle is a bad reflection on us,Young people let's wake up,let us love our country.
Also experience counts. Young people must be willing to be taken under the wings of adults for training. I guess that's what anc elders did to produce the caliber of Nxamalala.
@@traumaqueeen indeed it is a myth my sister,it is a very clever and well executed plan to make you feel a sense of inclusion, massages your small ego and somehow keeps you blinded from the reality that you are a "clever" slave. The so called middle class is very important in the machine of the WMC to thrive.
The difference between Zuma and Ramaphosa is that, Zuma loves his people and his country but Ramaphosa is just a businessman who is interested in profits.
@@hectormushwana1552 Including you and other. He built a university in Mpumalanga and Northern cape for his people unlike Ramabillion who is doing nothing in the country. Brics and NHI are the projects and mandate of Zuma....
Thats what happens when you are not controlled by the coloniser, eg Chris Hani, Robert Mogabe, PLO Lumumba, Thomas Sankara, Kwame Nkuruma, Mohammed Gaddaffi , Fidel Castro and Many others. While other will commit crimes and nothing is done , Phala Phala
What? Unfairly treated by who? He keeps on lying. Mbheki didn't finish his term,he didn't support Mbheki, in fact he called him a snake. Yekani e nyoka ma e-file efile. Those were his words.
Very unfairly treated, Zondo did not have deputy, meaning if Zondo got sick the commission was gonna pause, as if commission was for him and not for the country.
Come On! This house looks Nothing close to even 50Million. Where do these people cook these lies from? Go on Property 24 and you'll see a house in Cape town worth 150M and this house is Nothing close to looking like that yet they say he spent 250M. This is such a humble resident and has absolutely nothing looking presidential about it. We Voting MK !!! 29May
Zuma still looks good for 83 and speaks very cohesive..I am enjoying this interview.. Zuma upset the globalists he would not be dictated to..so they removed him..
I want to take this opportunity to Thank you ma'am for listening with an open mind and making a clear judgment of him other than the rest who are quick to follow whatever is said in media without his side of the story
Mr president all we need as a country is for you to give us assurity that you will take out Case636 and put case 375 for Senzo Meyiwa's case justice for Meyiwas
@@soccerinternationalWe will that case after 29 currently Its being used to distract people from researching about politics till u know who is the enemy and who's tryna save yall
Lesson for our leaders. While you are in power do these interviews. Engage the people like this. Let us hear and understand. This is a different side of Zuma that is so likable, so open and so believable
@gasman9917 nevertheless. They are all guilt of not engaging the people. The politician who is going to lead our country to prosperity is going to be the one who explains things to people. Who knows he is accountable to the people and is a servant. None of them are like that
Good point, but also remember how main stream media dictates what rhetoric wins each day, but thanks to tiktok, Zuma has the by their balls,, lastly, while it's lesson for leaders, it is also a lesson for the public not to be gullible,, some of us never fell for any of the allegations against Zuma, we've always stood by him because we u derstand how the colonial system has it grip most of our so called leaders' pea brains, it's all clear, only ignorance our people suffer from.
Thank you so much mr President Zuma .you are really a true living legend .. i know Ramaphosas Fans will hate thi comment .. other funny part in this comments section i found whites n black folks hatin on this man . While there are many many whites who are still stealing our resources in this country yet thy cry a bout 250m 😂😂 .. if we say bring back the land we talk about everything that's belongs to black south Africans .. yall can never make me hate this man cz he a legend .. viva MK viva 💖
Don't stress baba. 29 May we will have you back in Your Well Deserved Seat. ❤ siyakuthanda President wethu. One day when I'm older I'll tell my children and grandchildren about you
I sympathize with those kids who will be told a twisted history of this old man. Please tell them he put the country in the drain and put the blame on Ramaphosa
Thank you for allowing respect to be present when interviewing such an Iconic democratic Giant, He deserves the respect! Would really love an interview one day, in his own narrative, ... Looking dapper Bab'Zuma, what a charmer right, well informed a great activist, Ask the prophets how long shall they kill our true leaders, while we stand aside and look! I salute you Baba, we know the depths of your own personal struggles, trying to save people ... Working and sacrificing for the people that will one day, gain strength to come and bite, we dare to be bias to each one our own!
The question of President letting young people lead was a stupid question. And President Zuma gave her a right answer, if young people dont stand up and lead the people we will always have the old leading us.
They published it because of the pressure. Actually, I think they wanted to remove some of the things they talked about with Nxamalala during this interview.
@@sifisocyprianshezi3824 watching the interview last night, i think i saw some context removed still. Not knowing if it was removed by RU-vid or Newzroom Afrika.
@hgfku-tn6hb As much as there's a great difference between a comment from a foreign national and the kind of English they speak and a South African that respectfully comments on the affairs of his or her own country.
😂😂 when he says it's not necessary to be asked about his health... and i for one agree with him AMANDLA ✊ to Msholozi on that one as it could jeopardize his case😂😂
Wow, it's the first time I see INKANDLA, it's very beautiful and trendy, I wish all rural Africa was like this. The beautiful rondavel houses reminds me of the Pyramids of Egypt. I fully agree with our former president that RURAL DEVELOPMENT is very very IMPORTANT!!! As an MK leader ZUMA is correcting the big mistakes of the ANC, many MK soldiers were neglected by the ANC government and died poor. As for me I would have liked that ANC, MK and EFF form a coalition government whereby ANC will be checked and disciplined, deliver on the FREEDOM CHARTER!!!
You have the constitutional right to vote for the political party of your own choice ,but please don't blame judiciary when they are doing the job ,they know what they are doing,we cannot allow people like Jacob Zuma and his ANC to disrespect our courts
Babawesizwe thina syakuthanda futhi we support ur vision, more saw we grateful to have you kakhulu specially in kzn- Sisabusisekile ngawe. Brilliant interview. Respect for both the Interviewer and the Interviewee. Just shows how far respect can take any conversation. No sign of arrogance displayed. Salute and much Respect 🙏🏽 👏 🙌
Thts wat mkhulu Zuma must do stay away from politics at 82 he is too old I was looking he was struggling to walk he got tired quickly ,wen is going to enjoy Amandla akhe building Soo beautiful house ,ugugile Maan check his eyes iyhhoo so concern Rest mkhulu rest emzini wakho omuhle omkhulu with ugogo yo wife u deserve it
@@nhlanhlamanatha8799 the president asked have the young people proved that they want to lead the country? He also asked "where were young people when I stayed many years outside politics and the country was going down" . Can you answer those questions?
This is an excellent interview. The journalist has a striking balance between holding her composure and pushing Mr. Zuma into a corner. She is both cautious and confrontational. She's direct without being pushy, and she knows how to handle Mr. Zuma's assertiveness. Well done!
Most people are angry at this lady, but what I've noticed is that she's asking questions which are publicly known and asked by citizens. Instead of vilifuing her, she's actually giving our president to respond or speak for himself.
I love my former President and the honest speaking about our country it really needs the change and as long as we still have this HERO things will go smoothly in this country 🇿🇦My home 🇿🇦My continent we need to unite our country💚✊🏽🇿🇦💚✊🏽💚✊🏽💚💚💚🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Ncooh, what a well trained journalist, thank for not losing yourself sisi in trying to get a story. You have showed respect to the old man throughout the interview. Keep up the good work not laba who are pushing agendas that they know nothing about.
@@user-tv3fd5ot2wEveryone is wrong, the judges, the constitution, the ANC, the media. We must listen and take everything he says, do not listen to anyone but him coz they are all captured, corrupt, unfair to him. Gosh can he just retire already and wait for the court dates of the many cases he has to attend. Not even going to listen to this interview
I'm not MK, but I hate the treatment he receives. On that, I fully support him. If we allow the judiciary to victimize anyone like this, we will be faced with a big challenge in the near future.
He just fight for fairness, which I support him in that. Tomorrow this will happen to you or your family, you will fight for fair treatment. Him being a former president, must not be excluded from correct procedures.
I love someone who takes accountability but our Msholozi is slippery as a Fox. Dont tell us about your issues with the Judge but why you didn't use the opportunity to tell us as the Nation. You don't understand democracy at all. You let us down Msholozi. You go to courts to fight always.
I really miss Sifiso Mahlangu as a journalist. You get to hear the person being interviewed more and not the journalist. In my opinion, he's the best journalist in this country.
