Kung may Isang traits n I really admired about her, . Is her positive mindset to all the controversy sorround her even after she wins mis USA..she didnt even talk shady things towards those mean co candidates ..she has strong mental aspect maybe coz she has a very supportive family behind her ..
R'Bonney is such an amazing communicator. She's so natural and articulate. I'm so happy she won. She prepared so hard for this and gave it her all. She's the definition of a transformational leader.
Honestly, i reckon she has delayed reaction every finals because shes sort of traumatised being first place, losing 3x . She just making sure its really her name called . For me you are the best ever Miss Universe 🥰. Very strong determination and very intelligent 👏
What amazes me is that she started pageantry too late, at the age of 26! Her hard work and tough discipline paid off and to think it wasn't an easy Miss USA journey for her.
R'bonney MAY have competed and represented for USA, live in USA, born in USA----------- But! In her heart.. She is a Pinay. She has a Filipina soul. it's so nice to hear that even a well spoken person like her struggled with communicating what's in her mind and being shy-- like seeing myself every time she speaks (not that i'm also for mu lol). i've supported her during miss usa, hoped she'd win miss universe and here we are, loving her even more. the genuinity in her words and action is very admirable, can't wait to see her work as the miss universe.. and after!

She's like a Phoenix who rise from the ashes(in her case she rose from the allegations of her fellow contestants in Miss USA), She knows she didn't do anything, she fought to clear her name, and rise above anyone else in return. I'm a Filipino Canadian and proud of her to be called Miss Universe.

@@inodejesus9148 I'm a Filipino but I do agree with Armando Lopez. Miss Philippines did act as the front runner already when she arrived in New Orleans. Her handlers was parading her around New Orleans day in day out, she was all over the place. She went so high on her expectations and BOOM came crashing down like a meteor.

Nice interview Dyan (Love your gorgeous hairstyle). I feel that R'Bonney Gabriel is the best Miss Universe this pageant ever had. She is the true definition of beauty inside and out, plus hardworking, genuine, humble, intelligent, classy, talented, living with a purpose, and loves to use her talent to help others. I love Pia Wurtzback and Catriona Gray, no doubt about that. But R'Bonney is truly the total package of what a Miss Universe is. In America, the lifestyle is different (I moved to US when I was 23. now 68). To grow up in America as a Filipino-American and have a personality and character like R'Bonney is an amazing achievement. Her Filipino father and American mother did an amazing job! I wish R'Bonney continued success in her journey. A true role model. Her sincerity shines through. Thanks again for this wonderful interview. I hope you will interview her again in the future, perhaps in 2024? I was wondering why her reign was cut to 10 mos only. She's an amazing role model.
