So this meal was fantastic. I put a little twist myself by substituting the potatoes for sweet potatoes then adding rasins and almonds and finishing it Cilantro. CARB DAY!
Wow I love you in this video and the way you made this delicious beef rice it looks so good and tasty 😋 my whole taste buds were saying yes please give me some of that 😋😋😋.. I wish I was there so you could feed me that delicious 🤤 food I would really love it..
This looks good but Im not a huge fan of hamburger I do eat beef tho.. what about using super thin slices of s ok ne sort of meat.. thinking would be good with bacon, ham slices(sorry)..
There’s this almost plain white rice with a subtle flavor that still kept the rice white that my sons father (who’s from Afghanistan) used to bring which chicken kabobs. I’ve been trying to make that rice for years. I got close a few times but something’s off. Do you know what this rice is. It was with every meal. Even if there was other rices. The rice was so perfect that you could literally count each rice grain cooked if you wanted to. If you know about this rice, please post on how to make it! I just can’t get it. I’ve been using basmati rice with a little cumin and oil at the end but it’s not quite right.
I know this is one pan...but if there was a way to put the potatoes on the bottom of the pan/skillet, they get a nice golden crisp, then the flavorful meat, then basmati rice...oh la la! Plus presentation would look 💣
I suggest cooking small cuts of young camel meat, as well as the kidneys and liver, with camel hump fat instead of Wagyu tallow. For the main course, we recommend cooking Kabuli pulao (in the Hijazi style of Mecca or the traditional style) with young camel meat cooked in camel hump fat. You can also try Zerbian (in the Hijazi or traditional style) with young camel meat cooked in camel hump fat.
