Please keep teaching us Greek dishes! You are a great teacher, everything sounds easy to prepare! And so your recipes never fall! Thank you for sharing!
Another great recipe … thank you. I hope you are back on the BBC very soon. Would be lovely to have you film Greece together with regional recipes we all could cook. 😊👍
Love your work Akis. Keep the great recipes coming (traditional and non traditional). You always have simple, quick and healthy recipes. The best recipes from the best and sexiest chef on RU-vid. 👍⭐💕
GREEK of course what else, I remember my Yiayia cooking a dish with meat and cauliflower, I am not sure if its a regional thing but the cauliflower was fried before it was 'stewed' with tomatoes and she made other similar recipes with green beans, and zucchini, the cauliflower one was called 'Gunupithi' if that makes sense to you lol (excuse the spelling)..... or it may have been her heritage thing, she was Greek Egyptian........
I made this tonight, soggy skin and hard potatoes but the flavour was pretty good, would've paired well with a pork chop. On hindsight I would've par boiled the spuds and fried the chicken skin to well done. I'll use the paste for a pork chop next time, Thanks 👍
@@MrYawAsante I don't follow cooking drama on fkn youtube because I dunno, I got a life. Who tf is uncle roger and how is that asian guy and jamie oliver and Akis related?
Your recipe is wonderful, but can you stop speaking in the Saxon language, and start speaking in the language of the Gods, the language of civilization, namely the GREEK LANGUAGE!
