Oda can easily stretch this 9 minutes to a month+. Easily. In wano, there was a 5 minute countdown that lasted 21 chapters. All I know for sure is that 1110 won't show the broadcast message.

Yeah I can see that happening, it would be cool to see what he’s talking about but we’ll probably be occupied with fights and getting the sunny out to sea. But I still have a little hope 🙏
