Blackbeard by that time might have a fruit surpassing imu himself in the winners island since i am preety much sure he is the final villain as blackbeard is the legendary pirate before dying also the real blackbeard took so many hits to get killed

And if a devil fruit user touches water, then the devil fruit will no longer work and the user gets weak...That's why Blackbeard cannot absorb water. I didnt expected garp to be this strong. We knew he was strong in his younger days but we never saw him fighting for Real. Fooling around with his Grandson dosent count 😂 i Was speechless as i saw his Galaxy impact last ep. But Garp was actually mad that his attack got Weaker 😅 Monster ❤
