"Wooah! Hey that's a nice ship!" "Hmm? I stole it. My house burned down so I'm living here." "Yeah ? what's your name ?" "Rayleigh." "My name is Roger! I think we were destined to meet Rayleigh!" "Destined?" "Do you wanna turn the world upside down with me ?"
"Maybe there are no coincidences in this world. It's possible that everything happens for a reason. Fate works in mysterious ways. Whatever the case, Luffy has become a man worthy of that hat. I suppose it might not be too bad, living a little longer."
This and To the Grand Line are the theme of the legendary treasure. I want both of these tracks to play when the Straw Hats go to Laugh Tale and find the One Piece.
Cringely enough i could solidly say that one piece has save my life, on the brink of suicide a while back and this was always something i could turn to. This show has actually became a part of my life and something that ill treasure for ever, even when it ends you will find me re-reading/watching several times until the time of my death. i owe more to oda then i do nearly every human on earth, love yall.
It’s not cringey 😊 it just means you found a reason to live and that reason happened to be One Piece. One Piece is special for this, being able to touch people’s hearts in such a unique way.
it's crazy, that before he became a pirate, rayleigh was just a random guy living in a ship he stole because his house burned down. he originally didn't want to join roger and had no ambitions at all (zoro, when he joined luffy, already had the ambition to be the number 1 swordsman) but he gave in to roger's coaxing and now he's a legend.
I hated one piece for the longest time and one day i decided "oh what the heck ill watch it" ever since then i can never shut up about it 😭 such a masterpiece🏴☠️⛵️
Yep I don’t regret watching it one piece is such a masterpiece 😊and this is coming from someone who put this anime off for many years because it was too daunting with how many episodes there were but I was like what the heck let’s start my one piece Journey and man it’s been amazing I love this anime ❤
For me One piece was my first anime. Right a crazy anime for a first anime but yeah it was my favourite anime when I started watching anime and it still is
Buggy: You know what those guys in World Government call me these days? "Buggy The Clown" *Shanks: Really? Isn't that your real name?* Buggy: No, No, My Real Name is Buggy D. Clown *Shanks: Funny! I randomly run into people with "D" in their names. There's a Kid in the East Blue who has it. His name is Luffy.* *Shanks: What does the "D" even mean?* Buggy: Ah, You wanna know? Buggy: Ha! I'll tell you. It's a Story Roger told me from a Long Time Ago...
At episode 629, back in 2015, I took a break from One Piece because I was freaking out too much about the cliffhangers and that was affecting my daily life. It's been the biggest joy catching up to all the current 836 episodes and oh dear I forgot how much One Piece meant to me! How amazing, empowering, inspirational the show is, i've been watching so many different anime since my haitus from One Piece but nothing else can grip me and put me in the same amount of waterworks as this show. Yes thank you One Piece and Eiichiro Oda, I love you!
Similar story for me too. I was watching OP since 2011 but got rather tired by 2018 (around Dressrosa arc) since anime pacing was too slow for my liking. Decided to go on a 3-year break from watching OP. I think my liking for the show decreased in those 3 years and I had a feeling that I "outgrew One Piece." Then 2 months ago, I finally decided to get back into it and watched almost 200 episodes and caught up in 3 weeks. I forgot how much this show really meant. Holy shit was I completely wrong for thinking I outgrew it. Wano has been fantastic and now I'm finally reading the Manga.
Damn I just started 5 weeks ago and am know at ep 340. The cliffhangers do effect my life to much. I can’t do any school work lately because of it. BUT I JUST CANT STOP
@@b1lb0jke Now mostly just reading. I rate the anime 8.5/10 but the manga is a 9.5/10. But I still binge 3-4 episodes when they pile up after a month and see the fights animated like Oden vs Kaido
The crew will have their moments of accomplishing their dream while song is playing and the others are on the back smiling, waving, and crying (in joy).
This music is nostalgic. It's like remembering the happy times with your dead loved ones.Remembering the fun times we shared with them when were young not caring about the future, untouched by the cruel world around us.Those memories will always live on and we move on.It's when we remember them with fondness after we have grieved them. Those mementos and places, they are witness to our past,Eyes full of dreams, childish wonder and contentment.
looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time watching this anime, it has 10000 episodes...
Best track in the series. It gets across the perfect image of the dawn of a new age. I think when Luffy finds the one Piece, after the world is flipped upside down by the war that ensues, there will be a brighter future with structure of the world made better with Luffy as king. It's also just a beautiful song for the start of anything new, like when Roger met Rayleigh, this song fit perfectly
This was my little brothers favorite anime. He passed away last year by a drunk driver. This song was played at his funeral and lemme tell u. When I hear this masterpiece I think of my brother so much. My brother will be king of the pirates in heaven. Not just him but others who didn’t finish this anime. Love you Fernando see I at the grand line brother!
Thank you for sharing that, your brother sounds like a true pirate! This really is a beautiful song, and I am certain your brother is very proud of you for following your dreams as the three brothers in One Piece have. 🌞
@@heavysaber9431 Maybe there were such masterpieces before but have been forgotten by time, JUST MANGA , I mean the real great pirate age happened in the 19th century so...
@@usopphammergataling3910 and that wasnt exactly a great time to be alive except if you were born from a rich family in mainland europe away from her colonies full of pirates. There werent much written fiction to keep you occupied and even if there was alot of them they were expensive as hell, plus there were dramas in theatres again they were expensive anyways only the rich and influential people could afford them.
Thats what I like about One Piece it never changes its music the themes are the same! This music was played in the first episodes of One Piece in 1999 and STILL PLAYS IN 2020 oh i LOVE THIS ANIME!
Actually, it's not 2 times. It's just one music, but ~5 mins long. The music repeats that's why it feels two times. And what you mentioned is exactly what I remember when I listen to this music -- the reunion of Luffy and Sabo. Tears in my eyes every time, when I see it again.
Beautiful! One of my favorite scenes and soundtracks! I love how they didn’t reveal what was said in that moment. It was a nice touch letting Luffy and Sabo have that moment!
I cry now i had my own adventure about my struggle with my Administration exams nobody believed in me that i had chance to pass them and now i passed it i crossed the finish line its tears of Joy after all hateful comments 🎉😢
Way back at sabaody I was caught up to the anime and starting justing read the manga and for years now only did that... But last summer I couldn't survive on 1 chapter every 2 weeks and picked up the anime from where I left off... It's been like re-experiencing the whole thing all over again 😭 So many tears, cheering when I knew the exact outcome and crying over crucial moments I forgot... The marvel of Impel down, the marineford war, the reunion, the magic of going 10000 metres below the sea... I'm in dressrosa now and after hearing for years how much they botched it I could not be enjoying it more 😭 Thank you Oda... Please don't let it almost be over...
the fact that this song called is "the world's number one oden store" and was played in the first 50 episodes was a foreshadow to a future character is just insane to me, even THE OST has foreshadowing in this series. one piece is the greatest!
My husband is in the hospital. He was diagnosed with a rare cancer. He is literally 1 in 16,000,000. Among the most amazing gifts he’s given me, he introduced me to one piece. This is my favorite song. Come home baby. We have more episodes to watch together!!! Please come home….
this song more than any other in the OST captures the heart, the adventure, the dreams, the romance and everything about One Piece that makes it such pure magic, in its entire essence.
This is my favorite track of all time. It's so sweet and pure, and it kind of reminds me of a gentle, more intimate version of a graduation walking ceremony song.
It also played in the episode from the week before last from right now when Marco when he was reminiscing about Whitebeard asking if he believes in the gods.
It's incredible how this music don't remembers for me sadness, either happiness, but remembers all my life trajectory into the years, the perfect union of sad and happy moments, that maked me arrive to nowadays, and maked the person who i am, rayleigh was completely right, maybe there are no coincidences in this world. It's possible that everything happens for a reason. Fate works in mysterious ways.
“Don’t remembers for me” is not grammatically correct. It makes more sense to say “doesnt give me memories of sadness”, or “doesn’t remind me of sadness”.
I know you’re probably gonna reply to this with some smart ass comment in perfect English, or remark how you made that comment 2 years ago, or even give a one word response to make it seem like you don’t care. None of that matters. If you’re going to speak a language, do it f*cking right, or speak the language you’re better it to begin with.
**“The day we reached the last island, we learned everything about the world. What is the 100 Year Void? Who are the People of the D? What are the Ancient Weapons? The Land of Wano was connected with the rest of the world… With the extraordinary treasure that sat there before our eyes, at that moment Roger was… …Laughing. So were we. We laughed so hard that we cried.”** “Joyboy, I… …wish that I had lived in the same era as you. **HaHaHaHa** How could you leave this stupendous treasure! It’s such a funny story… Hey, Everyone… (Hmm?) Why don’t we name this last island where no man could reach for 800 Years something like… LAUGH TALE!”
Don't know why but I'm totally tearing up just by hearing this... (like Rayleigh when he remebers meeting Roger back in the day). It's crazy how many years of my life One Piece has been by my side. What kind of person I became because of Oda-sans creation. What happended in my life during these over 20 years now... I'm really gratefull and yet so freakin' sad knowing that my beloved Manga will probably end this decade. Man, One Piece is just great. :')
it’s so crazy how different i am as a person everytime i listen to this song and it always gives me this feeling of wanting something but i don’t know what, i hope i come back again
Even though I only watched 533 episodes, this melody makes me feel sad and fearful due to the fact that One Piece will end sooner or later. I would watch it forever.
in Wano arc, when Ace feeds the starving people and saves them, and then you see Luffy looking in the distance imagining Ace smiling..... man with this track playing in the back I acc wanted to cry because you can feel how happy Luffy is Ace did all that, and its almost as if you can feel Ace's presence there smiling at Luffy as if saying "I may be dead, but the good I have done will never be forgotten". Luffy gets that and I assume thats why hes so happy.
I think this track. Definitely suits death talking about Toriyama Akira. or... Akira Toriyama. The Worlds Number One Oden Store can definitely fit talking about that grand guy, that the world is thankful for, and sad that it lost. respect the worlds number one oden store though.
“the look on your face i thought you had something important to tell me. but i couldn’t think of anything more trivial, i dont care where the hell you came from were all children of the sea. -Whitebeard
This brings back so many memories. Watching Romance Down with friends I don't even talk with anymore. The dreams of going out to the sea. The day I first set foot on a boat. When I'm old, i can't imagine how many more beautiful memories I'll have. Smooth sailing, guys. Chase the dream.
At the ending this sound will be perfect with sweet touch from oda as thank you for all fans one piece from the beginning episode until end and for fans who died before know it the ending:)
This is going to play during the episode they find the one piece change my mind also this song will be along side we are when they land on and sail to laughtale
When I get in jannah I will start my own pirate adventure while luffy being the pirate king. I’ll sail far away and try to find the one piece. A new pirate age.
This beautiful 1hr compilation relaxes me and reminds me of how POSITIVE life can be. Thank you for uploading this, this happens to be my daily dose for 5-10 minutes minimum.
I can associate this music with all the happy memories I have in my life. My time admiring the sea, taking a walk in my terrace, playing with my sisters, watching the stars, my most beloved vacation, the places where I watched one piece , the time I moved abroad, watching the cherry blossoms, taking pictures of flowers. One piece is really my home
just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed so im just sprawled out on my couch waiting for all the pains to go away. my breath reeks of mouth blood and my bottom lip and chin are both numb and feel dead, but listening to this takes my mind elsewhere and makes me feel like im having fun. thanks for the hour loop along with the changing background pictures :D hope you have a good upcoming end of the year
Thank you mugiwara crew, for being an important part of my life. I don't have any words to thank oda, clearly a shonen genius . things I learned from one piece's characters: 1. Luffy : even wildest of ur dreams can come true if u have the commitment 2. zoro : sacrifices are an important part of ur life 3. sanji: family is everything 4. buggy: live on ur dreams even if they fail u 5 whitebeard: being only strong is not important but loving and responsible for the crew is too 6. blackbeard: don't ever let sanity make a mark on ur life 7. shanks : suffering leads to a better good 8: katakuri: Its important to face failures in life 9. robin: don't let the past ruin u 10. Rayleigh (my fav) : the legacy must live on 11. Ace: kindness often repays Thanks oda IM PROUD TO BE A ONE PIECE FAN NEVER IN MY LIFE I QUESTIONED THIS SHOW IF I COULD I WANT TO MEET U AND THANK U AND THE REST OF PEOPLE WHO HELPED IN BUILDING THIS MASTERPIECE. I laughed , I cried and smiled. Thanks world
Imagine this song playing at the end of one piece when luffy becomes pirate king and everyone accomplished their dreams, man that’s gonna be a sad day, but also amazing.
I want this to play as I'm slowly cremated . I wonder if people will be interested enough to seek out One piece and have there lives touched by the greatest story in the world !
The disrespect from the Netflix adaption to not include any of the music from the original OST absolute baffles me. For the show to have adapted so well and the music to have fallen completely short is a damn shame.
I tried a lot of different study music to help me focus, but nothing like the One Piece OST inspires me to work hard for achieving my dreams. Shout out to GODA.
