+Stephen Sawyer Well they're doing the right thing improving the game as a whole first. PW3 is the best and most highly rated compared to PW1 and PW2. Welp, I want Gear 4th too, but I'm sure that won't be easy to make, they have to consider the bouncing and the side-effect.

Don't necessarily think it's electricity to be honest. I think his power is solely based on being able to use his conquerors haki surperiorly

+Brian “Codeninja676” Rodriguez Law's electricity is from his devil fruit, not haki Same with Luffy, red hawk so much friction is sets ablaze (and honorary to Ace with his Fire fist). Although I don't know how he does in water (same way as Sanji with diable jambe underwater i guesse)

Lunar Eclipse Haki covers that explanation since as far as we know ignition can be a form of Armament Haki since the literal translation is colors of arms haki and colors can be attuned to an element in this case fire or electricity.
