Another great video. Keep up the vids. Congrats on the 5k Subs. I think this deck definitely has A LOT of potential. Would be STRONG with Whitebeard in the deck to make your leader 7K automatically, then you can use ability to buff another by 2k throughout the game. Can't wait to see where your theory crafting takes you, I love RY Sabo and Im thinking of making him my main for competitive play. Everyone under the sun is playing either Moira, Sakazuki, or BY Luffy. I think Sabo has a great match into each depending on the decklist and player pilot.
Appreciate ya! And ya I agree 100%, this decks potential is literally just... the skies the limit. I just responded to another comment on here talking about how honestly, because Sabo is such a generically versatile Leader, it will be very difficult to find which combination of Types will be best for him (Whitebeard Pirates, Rev Army, Straw Hats, 3 Brothers, Wano, etc.). Going to need to do lots of Playtesting lol.
At 9:54, considering the RP Luffy didn’t have a blocker and only one card in hand, you could have gone for game instead of playing the Marco blocker Use leader eff to send Ace to life and +2k on Blamenco to 5k, then put the 4 remaining don on him and atk Also, I don’t think that order of countering (two 1ks before the 2k) was BM, but rather strategy, instigating your opponent to attack your life instead of clearing board as they think you can’t block out of it anymore
Red/Green Luffy has gotten SO much better than Red/Green Law with the new supernova support cards in EB01 and especially with a couple cards still to come in OP07. Law just can't hang in this removal heavy meta anymore but Luffy has SO many awesome tricks and with Cavendish, you can literally get some 16 Don!! turns consistently. Idk, you really have to try it but I'd say Luffy is objectively better than Law at this point as the preferred red/green leader...
I really like the looks of YR. I have a revolutionary army package with Betty, koala, Morley, Lindbergh. Then I kept kid luffys in and added unblockable luffys. Haven’t had much chance to play test it yet. Also I’m a noob and tweaking RP luffy, I think that guy just blundered playing that 10 luffy too eagerly 😅
i know it can be more dificult to play ranked with no meta leaders and no win, but there is some games that are really bad player so sometimes it's meh. Love your content btw man I see ur videos every day
Appreciate it! Ya I actually don't support the Ranked ladder system for the OP:TCG Sim. They are farming the match wins/losses stats and then putting them together on a spreadsheet and hiding it behind a pay wall. I also don't like how bobo the system is currently set up. If it were an official Bandai App or something like the Lorcana system where there is ranked built in to the system I would actually play it and more than likely stream it.
@@Vvulfrik Yea it feels like there's a build that could be better than what's already been cooked up. I'm playing around with adding some blockers (shuraiya + sanji) and more counter (flambe, satori, capone). Feels to me like the rush power is so easily accessible but I run out of steam against decks with more grind so I felt like it was missing the blockers/counter and still has plenty or rush gas in the tank
Because he pops a 3k, has a 1k counter, is Whitebeard searchable, and is easy to put in life. But I would like to add Events to the deck at some point, but I've got a lot of decks I'm juggling right now for videos etc.
I like that idea. I also messed with 10c Ace and 8c Dragon from OP07, lots of options I still need to mess with, and honestly, Sabo is such a generically versatile Leader, it's going to be hard to figure out what combination of cards is going to be best (between Whitebeard Pirates, Straw Hats, Land of Wano, 3 Brothers, etc.)
Koala is nice for sure, and I was using her at first, but then I swapped over to Otama when someone pointed out to me (My buddy MoashDMC) that Otama is Land of Wano and I can bounce it back with my Momo. Either is fine I think
@@Vvulfrik yeah, I’ve been planning to use Koala, but when you mentioned that about Otama, I have been considering changing it to have more targets for Momo as well lol
@@kytsunix1654 Definitely, I've don't -2k to an Opponents Character with Otama for 1 Don, Smash into it with board/Leader, bounce my Otama to Life with Momo and then bounced a Character to buff Momo to 8k for my opponents turn, which is so nice, gaining 2 Life and gaining an 8k Blocker.
