it is meant to be the penultimate season; you can see how the second half of grand line is imitating the first, and just like Impel Down Luffy is in prison right now, and there's two Yonkos on the same island. Something huge is going to happen in Wano, and then they'll go for the final season in Marijois and the prophecy of Luffy destroying the mermaid city will come true
Of course lol, and the fact that The animation is great shows that toei knows they can’t be cheap on this arc as it is literally based on their own country

@@Thatnormalted the only issue i have with the animation is the aura they keep using when in one piece there aint no aura but other than that it is supperb the speech luffy made in udon had no impact in the manga whereas in the anime it sent chills down my spine

Oda actually wanted to hide using the edo Japanese theme and wano because he didn't want to hinder Naruto's success. After all, he wrote about Ryuma in his one shot called monsters or something

Remember years back when Oda said that Wano would be massively huge, in terms of size and scope? Well, it is now officially the longest arc of One Piece and the most ambitious one, and, in my opinion, surpassing the Paramount War by far and it hasn't even finished yet!
when he said it will make marine ford look cute he meant the final war the raid in wano is not bigger than marine ford since the marines shanks blackbeard and the shikubai were there but in terms of storytelling and themes i take wano any day

I reached Wano Land and I absolutely LOVE everything about it. The music, the outfits, the theme, everything. This is truly One Piece‘s peak. And can we talk about the animation??? 😲 The improvement!
Entering the wano arc with this banger playing and the animation getting better by the milisecond gave me the kinda smile a kid gives you when you give him his favorite candy
As soon as this started off the first ep of wano I knew it was going to be a special arc, and with how the manga us going so far its definitely staying up their as like it's one of my favorites

kanjirou Kenpachirou Pirates are basically thieves living on the ocean, have you ever seen straw hats go on an island and massacure their entire population just to get money? Fuck it, literally none of them cares about money except nami. The only treasure they are trying to get is the one piece, and that technically belongs to no one now since rogers is dead. The only money they are getting is from countries that are willing to give them the money because they have been saved by them. I would definitely think straw is rather the revolutionary that pirates. But, everyone has their own opinions

Ive just entered Wano...and i love it already lol. Also when this theme starts playing and you see the transition from the rest of the world to Wano...truly magical.
Since I saw Gear 5 trending on Twitter, I started watching One Piece from the very beginning. It just so happens that I finished it up to episode 1078 which is the end of Wano before recaps.
I will always remember the wano arc as a masterpiece. The struggle of the people have left such an impression one me, and I am so happy everything is fine now.
