Ingredients:
4-6 chicken pieces (thighs work well)
1 large onion
3 carrots
4 potatoes
Salt, pepper & paprika (for seasoning)
4 garlic cloves
100 ml of sweet chilli sauce
30ml of light soy
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of mustard (wholegrain, dijon, French)
1 tbsp lemon juice
30g butter and oil for frying
