Made this with the over baked chicken thighs and yassa onion recipe you shared. Was delicious. I used jasmine rice which parboiled in half the time. So next time I’ll rinse in 5 minutes rather than 10. By the time I rinsed the rice was cooked through. Will make again for sure. Thanks Aunty!!!
Looks yummy! I’m going to try it out. Could you recommend a brand for basmati and jasmine rice please? All the brands I’ve bought are either too sticky or soggy regardless of the quantity of water I add. Thank you!
