Close call! Glad it panned out with only the assailant taking the toe. (What a cross he connected there! Couldn’t been better).

This must be the worst attacker I've ever seen, a total sitting duck. He's saying here's my right arm either lock it or break it-mad. Good video.

The guy that punched him did not expect or want him to die, but it is hard to know how much force to use.

I would say ''Do you want all the money or can I keep some for myself''... I would follow that up, with. ''How much do you need?'' 😄You could just ask, you don't need to rob me, buddy.

4:48 I allways thought that that meant they would shoot through the jacket and not first draw it.

I don't think many people think about that. They assume they have to remove the jacket from the pocket/hoodie to shoot.

Very informative. Thanks for taking the time to elaborate.

I completely agree with you there. It is good to know how to fight, but all the more reason to only throw hands for real when poop hits the fan and the only way out is forward 💪

Well learn how to read descriptions better it clearly says breakdown you should know what to expect, if not search it up yourself instead of complaining on a breakdown video about pauses and such.

Not a good explanation in my OPININON. Anyone mention the clipboard the defender was holding... or the floating hand the aggressor held out at the beginning of this confrontation? The defender stepped back allowing any weapon to be drawn with ease by the aggressor. That situation should have been over in seconds, especially given it was not known what was in the aggressors pocket. That said, I'm from NZ. Our cops hate the thought of people defending themselves, and will prosecute at the drop of a hat unless public or political pressure becomes too much. We also can't carry guns. Be thankful you live in the US when it comes to defending yourself, although as the clip shows, even in the US self defence is not a legal given.

Snipers and conversation. Scenario:- a young girl is held captive by an assailant who has a knife to her throat. While the bad man is talking you have a chance because the brain doesn't do two things at the same time. When he's quiet he may take action. The sniper will say engage conversation to the negotiator before taking his shot. It's the same with attackers. It's only my opinion!

Distractions are often a very good call. But it's incorrect that you can't do two things at once. Your brain is always processing things subconsciously. You can process an enemy's body language and actions while talking. You can prepare to react violently right up to the moment you have to while multitasking. Pulling a trigger, drawing or pushing a blade, crushing a trachea, etc... That can all be damn near automated.
