9:12 How the hell did that not kill him. He was damaged through the trap and got shot almost point blank with a Romero. I swear sometimes the projectiles in this game just disappear into the aether
Isn't it a pain in the ass to deal with wired armoreds, hives and horses without a throwing axe, though? I run this loadout with officer brawler and use the melee slot for traps instead
Romero is an extremely heavy gun. It is even more difficult to play with it than with a bow or crossbow. She does not lay down with one shot, and reloading is long. It is not worth recommending to a beginner, and even an experienced player will not be easy with it. But animations and charging sounds are pleasant to listen to and watch. Thanks for the video!
this is why i hate this gun and shotguns in general be literally 2 feet from someone put the crosshairs in their chest and not get a one tap... have clear examples in the video. :/
I dont get how a wire stops a slug... but u can get killed through a door i had a fence save a guys ass from 2 shots with the slate from a few feet... dont get the rules for penetration
I did around... 80-90 prestiges always starting with Romero + Scottfield, those two weapons are as basic as it gets, but if one gets comfortable using them then they are really good, super affordable, and now that Scottfield even has DumDum they both offer very flexible custom ammo. Some people don't like the Romero because it's one shot only, but even with buckshot it has very decent range compared to other shotguns. One of my favorites for sure.
@@REXNOR_TV Ah well, it's probably my skill level, but that's been my experience. I'm used to playing with a controller. If I used my keyboard, I might do better, but it's so jarring to me to try that. I don't mind the new UI for the game, but I'm not even getting the comparatively few kills I used to get anymore. Again, probably just me. I can't wait for the Spencer rifle to be available.
I hope this is the last event for a while. Events seem to bring out all the cheaters. Kinda feel like this game is going to destroy itself. Weather maps are more annoying then fun. I'd rather have new maps rather than recycling old ones.
It is not good for beginners,if u miss at close range u will die most likely and reload is super slow.Only good thing about romero for beginners is price point.

I think the single shot and accuracy skill on the Romero makes it more difficult (shoot, 180, reload) vs example a terminus with levering. Also trades on shotgun could be difficult to digest for new folks to the game. Just talking for beginners here. Satisfaction of the Romero can't be compared..love the sound and feel!
@@jade8245 Thank you, that means a lot! ♥ I'm sure it can be a bit tricky to deal with the fact that you need to reload every shot, but the reload time is quite fast so it's not terrible imo. Might be more of an intermediate weapon to be fair!
