Weaning an infant is a gradual process. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends weaning at the age of 6 months. i did began to give cerelac around 5 months. One tip is to mix breast milk or formula and add very little amount of cerelac (take plain cerelac without fruit chunks) to make very dilute cereal when introducing cereal. Later on u can give relatively thick consistency after 6 months of age. Hope this helps. 😊
