Before you ask, yes, this was inspired from "Grima 1 hit KO" videos by "Nammy" aka Yongho098. ( / @yongho098 )
I found the most overpowered max damage Corrin build that can OHKO everything, even all of the phases of the final boss of Revelation route! Not even Anankos can pick a god and pray about this!
For those who just need quick details on how I manage to achieve this:
1. Strength boon, Magic/Speed/Defense/Resistance bane Corrin. Make sure to be in a class that can equip Swords and therefore can equip Omega Yato. Can be either gender, later on for details.
2. Strength stat capped, with all 10 Strength-boosting statues built and increasing the stat cap further (these statues are from Corrin, Rinkah, Saizo, Hinata, Ryoma, Effie, Beruka, Sophie, Shiro, Siegbert. Make sure to get at least 100 victories/kills for them, or 50 with at least C rank support!)
3a. For Male Corrin, Vanguard as class (DLC) gives 36 strength and A rank Swords, with S rank supported Effie, Charlotte, Mitama (with Hana or Effie as the mother), or Velouria (with Effie or Charlotte as the mother) in Berserker class (requires Fighter talent except for Charlotte and Velouria that has Charlotte as her mother).
3b. For Female Corrin, Hoshido Noble (34 Str, A rank swords) and Great Knight (35 Str, B rank Swords) are the best possible class choices. The best pair-up partner is Siegbert with Charlotte as his mother, as a Berserker. Siegbert's personal skill adds 2 damage if he's supporting a female ally, making up for the 2 less damage from the class availability.
4. Skills to equip on Corrin:
Life and Death (from Master of Arms class, can purchase skill from logbook),
Spendthrift (from Merchant class, can be purchased),
Aggressor (requires Dread Fighter class but you are getting a Dread Scroll for path bonus if you have Revelation route since you should have Birthright or Conquest, or both),
Strengthaker (requires Heirs of Fate DLC or Vanguard class) OR Swordfaire (from Swordmaster class, can be purchased, replace Strengthtaker if you can't get it),
Dragon Fang OR Rend Heaven (Rend Heaven for consistency but only if you can get to 72 visible Atk or higher, Dragon Fang if otherwise). You can also alternatively add Death Blow (from Oni Chieftain class, can be purchased)
4.5. Add Tonic boosts to increase Str by 2. (Potent Potion's extra bonuses don't carry over if you don't have this skill, but 1 damage boost is nothing compared to potentially 10.)
5. Make sure you bring Camilla, Elise, Hinoka, Laslow, and Arthur to battle. Azura helps too. Everyone else can distract other enemies. At least one of the allies should have Inspiration, another one with Charm (only obtainable from Lodestar and Great Lord class, both obtainable from Before Awakening DLC), preferably have Inspiration and/or Charm on any one of these essential support characters.
Laslow for rallying, make sure he has Rally Strength (can be obtained by logbook skill purchase or A+ rank support with Keaton), Rally Spectrum user as well (on Arthur, since he's going to be positioned next to Corrin, this requires Grandmaster class which is from Hidden Truths 1 DLC)
6. Setup for maximum damage: Before moving Corrin, have Laslow rally in position that affects Corrin.
Position Camilla, Elise, and Arthur adjacent to Corrin (in a way that Corrin's position is to attack the target in 1 range so that Arthur can debuff the Crit Avoid of the target) and have Arthur use Rally Spectrum that will affect Corrin.
Move Hinoka to 2 spaces away from Corrin (near Camilla, Elise, and/or Arthur). If necessary, move your Charm and Inspiration bearing units 2 spaces away from Corrin (multiple users do not stack, but Charm and Inspiration stack with each other). You can have Corrin move in nearby and have Azura (if you brought her) to dance with the special dance, which increases Skill, Speed and Luck which helps chances to crit or activate a skill. Move Corrin adjacent to the enemy, and before attacking with Omega Yato, pull out a Gold Bar from Convoy (make sure you have at least 4 before starting Chapter 27).
7. Profit! If you have done these steps correctly, you should be able to one-shot both claws, and with a lucky crit or skill proc, be able to possibly 1HKO / OHKO the head and the core. If not, at least you can get a guaranteed 2HKO! Congratulations!
