Omar Syed 👍👍👍 She really looks older than him. This b - - - h deserves to pay much more than what the judge granted to the dad . Sick N pathetic moron .This Utube Chanel is bias bc there’s no abuse on religion in my comment.
I love this! She put her in her PLACE! 8:40 when she said “if YOU make any more money we can just INCREASE your child support!!!” Love her! Love this!! ❤❤
Women are born with entitlement because of charisma and pregnancy. When a woman makes more, it changes that sacred balance that women naturally have. See how it turns out. You're right though and respected.
The dad has been there for his toddler son from the get go while mom is hopping around events/parties. Good to see more dads stepping up to the plate and raising their child/children. And it's refreshing to see that more judges giving child support orders to the non custodial moms.
She actually wants custody of the kid, but she's always traveling, so how will you provide stability for the child?? She wants to put that child's life on Social Media?? Yeah, that's gonna make you a good mom!! GROW UP MOMMY!!!
I don't think it's fair to act like it's a recent phenomenon that dads start caring. It's stupid court systems that give the mother custody all the time, even if she's not fit to be. More appropriately I'd say, it's good to see more dads get the opportunity to step up to the plate.
the only reason the dad even has a chance to be there for his kid is because she's a bad mom, in cases where both parents are good, the mom wins custody and so forth the majority of the time, even restricting the father to 4-8 hours with his kids, despite how good of a dad he wants/is willing to be. All mom's have to do to come out on top is not be shitty, dad's however have to show the mom is shitty and their own efforts mean nothing if they can't do that
@@ronix9813 thank you for telling me, your complaint has been noted and thoroughly looked at, if this response does not satisfy you you may file another one in the form of a youtube comment
social media influencer is what deadbeat mothers are calling themselves now? she needs to give up all parental rights coz she doesmt even spend time with the poor kids, o wouldn't be shocked of they don't even know who she is or what she looks like ......2 days a month seeing the kids and even then shes out right lying about that.
As a teacher for ten years and seeing so many painful situations within families, hearing her dismiss "because your the mom" just.... you are a legend Vonda. not letting a buzzword get over logic. just wow that took strength of character.
Every time she sleeps out her mug a sip out of my wine bottle well now I had to change it to every four times she sits out of her mug I step out of the wine battle but yeah
My brother had complete custody of his boys. The youngest needed medication on a monthly basis, and it was very expensive. As his health failed, and he had to quit working, he needed $50 a month more for their son’s medication. She refused (her child support was $50 a month, by the way. He took her to child support court to get that $50. The judge looked at her income (it was well over $60 grand) and immediately assigned her the appropriate amount of child support for what she was making plus back child support. She should have given him the $50.
@@Marigirly I agree. Their youngest son is an extremely low functioning autistic and my brother was slowly dying from a genetic disease. He was only 49 when he passed.
So sorry for your loss, but you knew him, he's watching over you guys ! That's what he did here and he's continuing to do it ! Take a deep breath and relax in quiet and you'll feel him. It's bittersweet, you don't have him physically, but you still have him . peace to you.
I love the fact that she is not at all biased in her decisions. She takes the side of the child. Love that she stood up for the dad too. She's so amazing.
I watch you in the morning like how my parents used to watch judge Judy and other court shows in the morning. Thank you for posting, your videos are so entertaining!
@@JudgeVondaB Your a hero Judge!!! What state do you reside and work in? I want and need this to be real, badly. Judge did you ever have children? You have patience like no other! God bless
“The child should be with me!” Why? “Real answer I can avoid paying child support if I have the child and he will have to pay me”. “He makes more than me” So..? “Real answer he makes more than me so I shouldn’t have to pay for anything for our child he should pay 100% of our child’s financials”. This is a perfect example of someone who lacks accountability, responsibility, common sense, and the ability to rationalize.
This is my husbands baby mama. “I make more money on welfare than I would working but I still can’t afford anything even with all the child support you pay me so you should pay for everything because I chose to bring a child to term and keep it knowing damn well I couldn’t even support myself before I got pregnant”
God I love this woman LMAO. When she sips that coffee, I just die laughing lmao. I love it. I also love the way she thinks and hold these parents accountable.
I can't believe she really looked at the judge and said that she wanted to homeschool her child while she is a social media influencer. The reason I say that is because it sounds like she just wants to exploit her child to get more money not teach/raise the child..
Found this channel by chance, and I have to say it's pretty good.I'm Italian living in Italy, so despite Italian laws being much different, it's always good to see a judge caring for the future of the children without any kind of gender bias. Gives hope towards a future with real equality.
@doorknob8972 Vonda Bailey (Democratic Party) is a judge of the Texas 255th District Court. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on December 31, 2026. Bailey (Democratic Party) won election for judge of the Texas 255th District Court outright after the general election on November 8, 2022, was canceled.
I believe that this woman honestly thought that, by virtue of simply BEING female, she shouldn't have major financial responsibility for her own child. Despicable.
All these episodes are incredibly insightful into relationships or lack thereof. Also, those who are selected to portray these imbalanced relationships give an authentic performance. Thanks to Judge Vonda B. Awesome lady!
I definitely have to compliment you on this episode. When the woman social media influencer told the husband who needed more money that maybe he could work harder it hit me hard because it was exactly what my ex-wife told me. Thank you for bringing these things to people's attention
Been there, brother. My ex said it, too… and when I had to take extra work to make ends meet on MY end after paying out for everything under the sun, she took me back for more $ because I was making more. Then, when I was working so much to meet all the obligations she told my son I didn’t have time for him.. that work was more important to me. I feel ya.
I found you because of TikTok and now I am absolutely obsessed with this channel. I love how are you talk to people and putting them in their place when they need to be is absolutely amazing!
I love how down to earth and sassy this judge is. She tells it like it is, prop to her. Hope she'll have a successful RU-vid career, praying for you ❤️
Men are often the more mature and stable parent in this day and age. Courts are recognizing more and more that Mom isn’t automatically the best caregiver for the children. I have custody of my kids because their mother decided she would rather keep her bf than have her kids.
@@joshuadavis1547 I know that in the past a lot of the time custody was given to the mother by default, though that is beginning to be less and less true. When my grandmother died my mom and I were looking thru a lot of her genealogy stuff. In it we found a lot of legal documents from my grandfather’s first marriage (his marriage to my grandmother was his 2nd and final marriage). The divorce was sometime in the mid to late 50s I believe. And despite the time period and the general ideology of the time. Ie “Kids go with their mother. Period” my grandfather got sole custody of their daughter. The mom was a big drinker and/or partner I believe. She wouldn’t have provided a safe or stable environment for my(half)aunt. So while rare even in “the olden days” fathers did occasionally get custody.
I love this channel. This judge is the fairest I’ve ever seen. She takes the facts and is never biased. Best judge I’ve watched. She should be in TV !!
@@Culvey I’m babymother! My daughter father didn’t want to be in her life. I didn’t take money from somebody who doesn’t want to be father! Every babymother are not the same!!!!
@@mis5158 ??? your comment has nothing to do with the comment i made... but if you're a baby mama, then you either got nailed or got implanted one or the other.
I've been binging the channel. My husband was on his Xbox and I was watching on my phone and he became so interested that he stopped and we put it on the TV. He's hooked lol
Came here from Attorney Tom's video on your channel. Loving what I'm seeing. So many family-court, divorce-court, etc "family" judges are so heavily biased and will just be a rubber stamp with a smooth brain attached. Legitimately loving what I'm seeing here and I hope that child gets the support he needs with what appears to be a respectable, hard working father.
Then turns around and says at the end of the video she is at the max amount that she can be charged for child support. This is why I dont care for these systems and these judges... officers of the court, their bias, attitudes power trips seem more important then finding fair & reasonable solutions.
I’ve been watching this show for the past few weeks and I am making sure I have a cup of tea with me when I watch this. I don’t know how I got on this channel but I’m glad I did. Judge Vonda B. Is LEGENDARY.
I commented on another video, but I have to say I love the grace in which you handle these cases, you're very respectful even if the parties are grumpy/disrespectful to you. That is very commendable, thank you for showing an example to all those who wish to become a judge one day ❤❤❤❤
These videos are too far between. Ugh. Haha. Im so impatient waiting for a week for anothrr episode to come out. I wish she could upload a bunch at once, or few times a week. I just enjoy this so much that its hard counting down the days haha
Watching Judge Vonda hold up the rights of fathers is a like breath of fresh air. The fact that so many women clearly feel so entitled in custody disputes is a sad statement about modern society and the real-world impacts of feminism.
I really hope she’s mixing these videos as well as editing and everything because I love them great videos well educated and shows you just be a good person trying to be there for the kids
I just want to say. JUDGE VONDA B! YOU ARE AMAZING!!! I love how fair you are and I love everything about how you handle the cases. My favorite ones are when you say "I see you came in here to waste my time." I laugh and giggle at that because it is so true. I love this channel and am now a forever fan you are my morning and evenings when I get up to get ready for work I turn on an episode to listen to as I get ready and when I come home I turn one on to wind down and I love to see these parents who are doing their best to take care of these children get what they need to better the child's future. ❤
