The album that created history.

Four singles were released from Hybrid Theory: "One Step Closer", "In the End", "Crawling" and "Papercut", all of them being responsible for launching Linkin Park into mainstream popularity.

Not only did he become a rockstar, he became a legend.

Linkin Park isn't just a band it's a whole generation, representing our teenage....how we grow up, old memories of the old good days.....MTV..South Park....PS2....Friends..... Skateboarding...First kiss, it's thanks to them I got in to rock 🎶

It moved me when he talked about how joining a band like Linkin Park was a dream come true for him

I wish I could have met Chester. He seems the most cool guy. Smart and articulate.

I like how they are discussing the album hoping it will make it out there and be successful and it changed so many hearts and went certified Diamond. Understand how almost near impossible for a popular artist to do but for a new band's debut album is insane.

When I was 15 a friend gave me a mix CD with a bunch of Linkin Park songs. I was a fan since then, I miss the days of making CDs with meaningful songs for your friends, the 2000s was amazing.

I remember when this video premiered. The moment the guitar riff started and Brad is hunched over, cut to Chester’s face and a panning shot of his wrists with his flames, my 13 year old self sitting on the couch, thinking: “this is going to be so fucking good”.

Songs from your Hybrid Theory album motivated me during college. When I’m studying for a big exam or struggling through an assignment, It is much easier to get through it by playing your songs in the background. I owe you my college diploma. Thank you LP and God bless!
