The chart looks stretched and the 200 day is only 1.30 and every stocks goes to the 200 days eventually and usually does a dip below it and then bounces up to try and regain the 200 day so it can easily get to $1. It is a penny stock and not even listed on a major exchange. They have no earnings and little hope of earnings for a long time. They don't have much cash to pursue long court cases.

Kerry to sum up : On 12th January SP can either shoot up or go down ( though probability is it should go up) as is purely speculative stock and nothing to do with fundamental as of now. Have seen euphoria and many who are in it are those who have entered in cents or near around $2 so are in better posistion - risk reward.

netlist chart still looks horrible n macd n other indicators turned negative. it went from 0.46 to 5.34 in 10 months. i am a chartist n i will recoomend it when rsi is 40 or aboce n macd turns positive
Not sure about chart or fundamental as this is pure speculation with better chances of wining but still a gamble and as Kerry rightly mentioned only invest that money which one can afford to lose as can go from Hero to Zero in no time.

< TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems.
