You’re correct : each had strong unique voices and they all made us feel the pain and suffering of losing a loved one but it was accomplished with such celestial enraptured vibes that I felt I was in heaven with a loved one and when they harmonized between riffs, it enhanced their vocals and ( as mentioned) transported me somewhere over the rainbow that some call heaven. It’s the story in lyrics and melody of Dusty’s troubled , tortured life note by every painful note ( there are several vids but please click the first or second one, the one by Veracruz that contains the lyrics and beautiful imagery. I’m certain after hearing this you will want to watch others ( like “ a House is not a home” a rare live clip with Bert Bacarrat introducing the song on the piano and then the camera pans to Dusty and then OMG OMG OMG OMG. Sofie, I was looking for something in particular and then saw you were reacting to the collab and knew what it would do to you so I had to click on you. They could not have gotten a better female lead for that song than Katrina. All of them were great and it did affect me more than probably most as I know that Katrinas sister passed away just a couple ofmonths ago and it tore her up. Great reaction sofie. This cover song are amazing and also sad, when this song came out I was still in high school I don't get the meaning of the song I just know it was nice to listen after I lost my brother in an accident, another best friend died in accident too and another friend was murdered by someone than when I listen this cover song makes me think back all the good and bad memories I have with my bro and friends, eventually we will meet in heaven someday.
