I'm really struggling with trying to be a producer and i don't have that much of a background in music. And i'm buying a bunch of stuff that has to do with music and i have very little knowledge about it but i'm still trying. Can anybody help me in anyway that would be nice and i would be very grateful for your help. HELP!

I do not recommend this technique. By boosting an EQ band very heavily she's inducing artificial resonance, rather than bringing out actual sound from within the sample. Instead, I recommend looking at a frequency analyzer to see which frequencies are naturally there, and then boosting the nearest musical frequency and then changing the playback speed of the sample to bring the natural frequency content up or down to that boosted band. Next, tell the sampler that it's that frequency, then remove the boost and instead start doing more careful and slightly wider boosts to make sure you're not inducing any artificial ringing.

Why does ableton always highlight ambient type artist. I’ve never seen an ableton backed video with someone making popular music
