Brooke slapping Peyton has always satisfied me. One of my favorite moments.

I always thought Brooke was trying to get in between them... That's how I saw it. It was clear from the start that Peyton and Lucas like eachother. Brooke seemed to have this jealous streak, or she just really was blind to it.

The Timing was wrong but honestly there was never going to be a right time. Peyton and Lucas have always been in love with each other, and anyone with eyes knew that

Peyton deserved it idc she knew Brooke was with him and still thought she could tell her she liked him and it would be fine and for everyone saying Peyton + Lucas it was Brooke + Lucas until it was rewritten that’s what Hilary burton said why was it changed I liked Peyton with jake and Brooke deserved Lucas but ofc saint Peyton won out

I do not condone cheating. What Peyton and Lucas did the first time around, was go behind Brooke's back. THAT was cheating. In this instance, this is Peyton being honest with Brooke WITHOUT Lucas being involved in it. Lucas didn't even know it at this point, that Peyton was having feelings for him again....I think Brooke was scared of the past repeating itself, but for me, she went too far. Call me disgusting, call me whatever, there was a difference in this scene compared to what happened in season 1.

A lot of people seem to forget that Brooke slept with Nathan and made a sex tape about it and been lying to Peyton to her face for years
