high tech movement. The back foot idea is very good, trying to implement that in my shadow, thanks coach

привет, тренер, я очень рад узнать, что ты такой классный, у тебя есть страсть к боксу, я ценю это и уважаю тебя как русского человека. мой вопрос: как я могу тренировать спарринг без партнера, чтобы поднять свой рефлекс?

I like your back foot principal it's almost wing chun in that way but use angles in a slightly different way. Good stuff....

Why so much bouncing in your coaching? Is this a Russian European thing? I don’t see this in professional boxing or American boxing

Watch Usyk and Lomachenko. Altough both are ukranian you can see the pendulum step in their style. I think this style is often called as soviet or russian. Nonetheless it is very interesting and agile. The stuff Frolov is teaching is 100% sound.

its a style. Just like a philli-shell uses an unorthodox stance. There is a strategy behind it. A perfect is example is how it opens you up to check counters and unpredictable positioning. You can bounce foward, forward, you can bounce forward back you can bounce forward, back forward. All of which will change the timing of your strikes and make you very hard to predict. Mix in some head movement and angles and an amateur in this style can hang with more experienced people. It kind of reminds me of Cuss's peekaboo style in that regard.

It’s called pendulum step and yes, a Soviet thing. You’ll see this style from Eastern European to central Asian and some Cuban
