Some moves I can do are back and front handsprings, front tucks, round off tuck (I’m working on round off flick tuck) standing tuck and I recently mastered my aerial which took me FOREVER because I would make it too long💜

I used to teach myself gymnastics (I posted gymnastics videos on RU-vid too) but I think I over pushed my flexibility and I started hurting myself badly every time I did gymnastics so I stopped and these videos make me really happy because I love the sport even if I no longer do it myself. Sienna is so good at gymnastics. I couldn’t do half of the things she could do at her age

Hi!, I love watching Siennas and Karmas gymnastics, its amazing how sienna is improving so quickly. I compete level six where i live and i was wondering whether Sienna will start bars or beam, i think she will love them. Cant wait for the competition, good luck guys! (also when you do bars ask to learn flyaway ( letting go of the bars and rotating, it not scary), the sooner the better and its super fun)

For your hair problem I have a suggestion: braid bun First step: you put it in a slick back pony tail Second step: you braid that hair in the ponytail all the way down to the ends (it’s okay for it to have hair sticking out in the braid). When stretching Sienna, you should be uncomfortable but never feel pain, that’s a little tip to make sure you are not over doing it and end up hurting yourself. Sienna should make a video of a whole body stretch and the fizzfam can follow along💝

Im level three and my coach said I’m DEFINITELY doing a back handspring in my routine Any tipss I have my areial my tips are to jump up not forwards also to not put ur legs in a P position when u are jumping up,keep you front leg strait for height. Also when u are in the areial have power in ur legs and kick them really hard for more power and that is like basically telling ur mind I am coming down just give me more time bc ur giving it a big push. I hope that helped for the Ariel learners!😊

There actually is a difference between forward roll and somersault! They’re basically the same it’s just how you go into the move that makes the difference. You kind of jump before going into a somersault and a forward roll you tuck yourself! A lot of people don’t realize there is a difference and some people interchange them (even some professionals!) so I understand why Sienna didn’t know.

Gymnastics and stretching is like wearing a retainer, if you don't do it everyday, you lose a bit of techniche and flexibility, just like not wearing your retainer causes your teeth to move back to their original place, so going back to going everyday most be why you are so sore, you should do your splits and oversplits everyday after warming up your body and doing basic stretches. Also, make sure your front leg's knee faces up towards the sky when you do your split, that way your knee doesn't get injured. You are doing so well!

little tip for sienna for her straddle to handstand! try just putting all your weight on your arms and leaning forward a little bit instead of jumping. and to practice try doing it against a block. just stand in straddle and the. lean on the block then lift your legs up. hope that helps ❤️❤️
