I really enjoyed this video. I enjoy someone who takes a old classic Honda 550 and brings them back to life. They were great bikes. A totally iconic bike. And it didn't have to be a 750.

If you have the bike flat on the side, you can get the engine out easier. Love your video's bro! Love from Amsterdam

I do that for 750s because I use my engine crane. These I like to just pick up on the lift so I'm not picking up an engine off the floor. Thanks for watching!

Hey man totally love your channel and builds. I'm recently rebuilding a Honda vfr400. Was looking for some advice on cleaning up the engine and removing old paint. What strip and clean discs do you recommend? What ones are you using on the frame in this video and would they be suitable for the aluminium engine I'm working on?? Thanks all they way from Scotland in the UK 👍🏻

How heavy was that engine? I thought for sure that would be a two man job, pulling that thing out and carrying it to the stand. I like your brat style builds a lot, but I miss having a little bit of fender on the back of the bike. Some people cut off the fender and put on a seat that seems way too short.
@ClassicOctane
@ClassicOctane 4 года назад
It's about 140 lbs. I like the look of a rear fender on some bikes, especially with an upswept frame hoop.

That’s. Why I love my 43 hp 79 cm 400 bc I have the same horse power with a smaller engine,, sort of the 2 cylinder engine is really not smaller just easier to handle the top end ! Lol 😂
