Do you want to make a Candy in water melon slice them like french fries after that put sugar if the water melon sre totally 1/2 kilos the white sugar also 1/2 kilos if it is 1 kilo the water mlon also put sugar 1 kilo too dont put the sugar if yhe water melon is wet dry it first before you put th sugar then set a side after a hour marinade and the sugar no more you cook it on the big pan so that you can cook it well and dont stop stir up to the sugat dried to the mekon if it is alredy dried and look them whitey its stop the fire and ready to eat candy
