One with the Tanpura , a weekly series, as the name suggests is just the Tanpura and us!
The next release in the series, Jagadananda Karaka, a very popular composition of Shri Thyagaraja Swamy , in the Ragam Naattai, and set to Adi Thalam. The Kriti is part of the Pancha Rathna Krithis.

How shall I praise them! I knew nothing about carnatic music, These godly gentlemen's rendition of classic tunes never fail to transport me to divine ecstasy! What a pure bliss! This is the pace with which one should sing and not run as many do. Rich compliments to Trichur brothers for being slow making the listener to understand the pronunciation of each word. Great singing.

Purely Divine. Brought tears in my eyes. May lord Sita Ram shower His choicest blessing on the entire team. One small suggestion. It would be more complete if you would have recited a small shloka on Hanumar (budhir balam...) as you started with a shloka on Ram. With prayers 🙏🙏

The beauty of carnatic music is its various sampradayams in rendering any keerthana with very subtle variations which are unique to each sampradayam. I have come across the rendition of this keerthana by many greats like Sri Balamuralikrishna garu, Malladi brothers, Trichur brothers etc and have thoroughly enjoyed each of their renditions

Loved it! You two have such deep and powerful voice. I just wished the Shruthi box amplitude was kept a few dBs lower during mixing. Would have made for a more pleasant listening experience.
