Omg 😢… please show us the final renovation of this beautiful house … the craftsmanship of the wall was absolutely mind blowing .. ❤❤❤… please show how the house looks now 😅
Thank you so much for the compliment! We are very proud of our team and are glad to know that you appreciate the quality of our work. Thank you for watching and supporting our channel!
He is such a hardworking man together with his wife. I like it that they always smile, they are adorable. The work of the old masters is wonderful to see. The project is coming along so nicely. Looking forward to seeing part 3
This was great fun to watch. It was inspiring to see this beautiful place being rescued from sure destruction. I could watch the master artist all day. Kentucky, United States of America.
I would like to know who are the persons behind this amazing restoration. This is the best you have ever shown. Please post their information and give them the credit and funds for all of their hard work.Their master craftsmen are so amazing.
that structure and some of the materials has been held up for 200 years and it has been somewhat renovated once before this one, so therefore some of the interiors look relatively recent.
Agree it been China ed by some one in the 1970-80s it was a bad time for historical buildings I was there in 1987 saw a 2000 year old generational long house all carved with meter wide dragon heads on the roof beam with they burnt the lot amazing windows beams all carved and was told I was a fool as it was to be replaced with a modern building. A three story walk up with diamonds in blue orange and green three each end ugly as! But it was out with the old in with the new no hidden faces no carving no plain and simply ugly. Much like Australia 1960/70 when we destroyed stain glass entrances fire places etc
Looks more like a community banding together to restore historical buildings (with stunning carvings) possibly for tourism. Thankfully ceilings & walls inside were covered in newspaper and some hideous plastic tiles & sheets (70s??) - instead of being destroyed. Beautiful work folks! ❤️
That is not a cabin. It is a very nice house! Will we get to see the total finished house? This house has some really professional people working on it. You can tell how much love and respect they put into this renovation. JOB WELL DONE! The original craftsmanship of the house is just phenomenal.
Wow that is quite the stump there. What a tough job. That place is huge. It will be really beautiful when it’s finished. Hope to see the finished project. ❤ That artist is amazing.
Fantastic the old craftsmanship of the old retired men 👏 There seem to be no young men in China doing this craftsmanship?! Would love to see the 2. part of the renovation. In which state / city / village in China is this?
Very nice family happy and smiling …working very hard and smiling… The master is a Great artist…everyone work are good workers. All the best in your Reno… Hope to view the completion of the home and garden Qc Ca
This house was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty in China (17th century), and there is a clear record of the construction time on the top of the house. It should have been abandoned for no more than 40 years
Who are they’ You should give credit to the one who film this and the people who participate in this renovation. After all you are taking advantage of it.
Amazing art work and great craftsmanship it’s along process to restore an old Chinese traditional house great work is there part 2 on this magnificent house ? 🙏💕👍❤️🇦🇺
It's unfortunate that I can't see more of this project. I am mostly interested in the wall that they worked on in the last 20 minutes of this segment. I like the layout of the cut and chiseled bricks. Now, I like to know what will become of the outer side of that same wall.
Again would be nice to know what country and what the end result was after 3 hrs of video. I hope you donated the contents inside-200 yrs of what many might think is trash is a treasure trove of human history. I was sad to see it all just hauled away and hope it was analyzed

Traditional historical chinese houses 四合院 (Sìhéyuàn) have specific arcitecture. In short, they are composed of 4 separete one-storey buildings, oriented south, west, east and north, with a courtyard in the middle. The house was surrounded by wall, with main gate on the south east part. North building was the main house for the masters chambers, since its windows face south and get more sunlight. In the past other buildings were used for minor members of family, or servants, and separate kitchen/storage. Kitchen located in a separate building or far from main rooms used to be widespread practice in many historical houses in different countries, not only china, due to high danger of fire. The number of rooms and size of home severely depended on the imcome and status of family, but the basic principle was like that.
And by looking at the cielings in this beautiful home, I can tell it has not been 200 years of abandonment. Some of the other things in this home say not 200 years. So how many actual years.
This house was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty in China (17th century), and there is a clear record of the construction time on the top of the house. It should have been abandoned for no more than 40 years
Thank you for sharing your opinion! It's true that the house has been renovated and expanded, so it might look more like a mansion. However, the history of the house still holds great value. Thank you for watching and supporting my channel!
Now come in people, the title is probably just a matter of English translation issues. 200 year old building that is now abandoned. Now cue the hard work to make it a home again! 🫣🫶
