One year ago, I faced what seemed like an insurmountable challenge. During my debut for England in the 3000m steeplechase I broke my arm after hitting a water jump barrier. Despite the injury, I pushed myself to compete in the British Championships only to end my season with a more serious injury. It was a heartbreaking low.
Fast forward to today, and I’m running my best ever! In this video, I take you through the rollercoaster journey of overcoming setbacks, the relentless training, and the undying hope that helped me turn a painful defeat into the most successful season of my career.
