Just started an experiment. Had some of our house rendered and then Kiwigripped non skid areas of boat and was struck with the similarity of the 2 products except that the render is half the cost. Did a test piece with Acratec using Kiwigrip roller. Came up with good rough finish and now placed in a doorway at home to get foot traffic. So far so good.
Well, I'm seeing this 9 months later, but I'm guessing the favorite power tool is the oscillating cutter. I have one and use it often. It makes precise cuts without a lot of mess. You guys are awesome.
Nothing like having to do something you don't like doing...but having to do a whole boatload (literally)of it.......you have my deepest respect and understanding.
Keep up the great work, she is looking better each week and getting hard to recognize from when you first started. You just might have to give up Moses favorite tool and give it to him and buy a new Shop Vac for your self..lol See you next week

The boat looks amazing! How rewarding to do it all yourselves although long and grueling it’s been. I love painting because it transforms anything like that. Congrats guys! Almost there!

Crazy how paint can improve a look of a boat drastically in a matter of hours. You spend months or years rebuilding a boat or car and you think it looks good, then you slap some paint on it and your like holy shit its a new even though its (for the most part) purely cosmetic. Came out looking awesome!
