for those who can't reball their cpu/ram themselves, I just repaired mine by just heating the chip to 200 degrees for 1 minute then 350 degrees for 15 seconds.
@nabilfuad the problem is not how long it take, but the tools you need, you need a pierced steel template for your CPU and your RAM component, a special solder too with a brush too.
