hi paul this was a great review! my question is quite silly but do you think it will be good with iphone? i have been using wired earphones all my life so i barely have any idea about earbuds.
It'll work fine. You'll need the HeyMelody app for more controls. The iPhone will only broadcast AAC and SBC codecs to it, and if you're okay with how it sounds, it can be a fun set to own.
Hi paul, which TWS would be better when it comes to sound quality and call quality, it's just both are my priority and i can't compromise on either of it, I have no idea which TWS should i go for any suggestions would really be helpful.
Soundwise, I prefer the Lypertek for certain. But I do prefer the Yamaha TW-E3B over it for sound. Call quality wise, you'll have to listen to the call demos I've provided to see which ones performance you prefer. If you want to see my comparison between the Lypertek & Yamaha -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5yXkQFU6trk.html
But there is a major problem with the ANC when sitting right next to a windy environment like fan or window side of a vehicle where the earbuds are espouse to strong wind. In that situation I find them to constantly Switching between low and moderate ANC mode, even though the Smart ANC is turned off. The ANC literally doesn't work if you're in a situation like that. And it happens very very often. The ANC gets lower and lower in windy environment. I tried to reset the earbuds but it didn't fixed them. Other than that one major problem, everything was fine.
@@ashwinmujawarbhai on eplus 3 ka battery per charge kesa ha kitna chalta ha? nd realme air 6 pro lena better hai ya one plus 3 i also consider calling quality.🙌
Nice vid Paul, I was thinking to get the realme air 5 pro which is now 3654 on flipkart, should i go for it? I was using oppo enco air 2 pro but after 2 years, left bud's battery doesn't last so is air 5 pro a good upgrade? Which one would you pick between air 5 pro and oneplus buds 3?
The oppo air 2 pro was a great set! I prefer the air 5 pro over the OP Buds3! Feel free to watch my comparison of you haven't already -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N3d5nkWvBVA.html
My experience from OP buds pro & buds pro2 are thier buds only last for 1yr.. Once they release new buds, they push updates to oldee buds & degrades them!
Hi, I'm a beginner audiophile looking to upgrade from my Enco Air Buds 2 Pro. I enjoy detailed music and like to hear precise instruments in the background, but I also appreciate good bass occasionally. Do you think the equalizer in the Buds 3 will help enhance the highs and lows to improve the sound quality?
One plus nord 3 pro or oppo enco air 3 pro .. I ll listen songs sometimes .. podcast frequently .. travel in bus for 2 hours daily .. which should i go for ?? Around 3.5k . Pls suggest bro
Yea I don't see why not. Have a look at my comparison between the OPPO Enco Air 3 Pro, OnePlus Buds 3 & Realme Buds Air 5 Pro. All nice sets and should be on good deals right now.
I have purchased Oneplus Buds 3 recently. My experience is it automatically enables ANC mode while driving bike. Is it a feature or issue with my product. Please suggest.
Auto ANC isn't something it comes with. It usually goes on to the last mode it was in. It's possible it's getting activated capacitively somehow. But I don't think helmets have materials like this. Try doing a reset and see if this persists.
Hey Paul, I need a device for making calls (zoom, whatsApp, teams). It maybe a buds or neckband, I really don't like using headphones. Most important is the mic. Can you suggest me 2 or 3 products below 2.5k range. The oneplus here is really awesome but way past my budget so. Thanks
@@PaulsPOV I did go through your videos but I didn't notice this. Will check it out thanks Note: I missed this because I only looked at the last 6 months video 😅
I have used Sony WF XB700 for more than 5 years. The bass on on them was next level and amazing clarity and apart from bass. Recently lost them. Want to try Oneplus but unsure if to go with Buds pro 2 or this new one buds 3. Is it anywhere near Buds pro 2 in terms of sound? My priority is quality sound, ANC doesn't matter much as i don't take much calls with earbuds. Just quality and good bass.
I haven't tested the Buds Pro 2, but I presume it's cleaner sounding than the buds 3. These don't have too much clarity, and something tells me your Sony definitely had much more detail than these. So, perhaps the Buds Pro 2 might be a better bet, but again, I haven't tested them so it's worthwhile checking out other reviews on it before biting the bullet.
Guys...I have made this my mission...I won't let bad buy slip by this time... I'm suffering badly with my purchase. I had great experience with the first Generation One plus Buds, but lost it. Then couldn't find it in the market and hence decided to buy this one based on such videos. Results 1. Ears pain within half an hour of wearing it! 2. It doesn't automatically connect everytime with Bluetooth if you take the Buds out between a call. 3. Even when the both Buds are inside the box, ur phone will be on connected mode! When I tried increasing the volume, the can hear the sound coming out of the box rather😂! You have to switch off the Bluetooth button of ur phone to stop transmitting. 4. Don't even start me what happens when u connect with Watsapp or Zoom Call. Overall the most pathetic piece of equipment I ever had!
He Paul, Yamaha TWE7B is on amazon at 7999/- Is this the best sounding tws in this price range...and should I go for it? And does they support dual device connection? Please reply me.... By the way loving your content... ❤❤❤
It doesn't have multi point connectivity, but it's the best sounding TWS I've heard, especially if you're an audiophile. It belongs in a much higher price range, but I think they're clearing stock for a newer model. Feel free to watch my reviews on it if you haven't already.
I've tested it on it'd SBC and AAC codecs. It performs alright. Sound wise I'm not the biggest fan of it but it'll work alright if you don't have LHDC.
If the phone you have can't broadcast the codec your earphones support, the earphones will only use the AAC or SBC codecs being transmitted from the phone.
Hey Paul ! Can you help me to find wireless earbuds under 8k. I'm a sound engineer myself and audiophile ofcourse. My phone don't have 3.5mm jack so going for wireless. The flater sound will be better for me. Thanks in advance
Consider picking up a set of Simgot EW200 IEMs and the iFi Go Link. Have a look at my reviews on them if you haven't already. Otherwise, Yamahas E3B, E5B and E7B are being sold at clearance prices right now. All great for audiophiles.
Using an EQ will only play around with the tuning. No amount of it will make it produce better detail. Feel free to give my comparison between these three earphones a look if you haven't already.
Hi, i am a student i am listening to online classes whether it is best product for me to buy ...... I will not play any game .. I need best noise cancellation for study . Before i was using realme air buds 2 Its function was not up to the mark and it will not fit to the hear tightly Can you make me clear which one is the best to buy ?
The OP Buds 3 sit comfortably for most people. Oppo and realme have been known to be uncomfortable for some. ANC wise these OP ones are almost as good as the Realme Buds Air 5 pro. Feel free to give this video a look if you haven't already -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N3d5nkWvBVA.html
Hi sir, I have been using Oneplus buds 3 for almost 2 months now. Everything has been great except one thing. The issue i am having is, when i watch or listen to some media and if i get a call it works great until that but while switching back to media after a call, media is playing in my phone but there is no audio output from the buds and also functions like in-ear detection and touch controls doesn't work properly. I have to disconnect completely and reconnect it to get the audio output and functions working again but issue repeats every time i get a call. It would be great help if i get some help regarding this. Thank you in advance.
It shouldn't do this. Try doing a reset of the earphones. If that doesn't work, see if there's a software update available for it. If even that doesn't work, contact customer care.
@@PsyduckGaming1 Hi, I don't have as such issue with comfort of the buds. If right ear tips are used they are very much comfortable. Try changing the ear tips whichever suits you and it may resolve your issue. I hope this helped you. Thank you
@@PaulsPOV Hi sir, I found out that there is no issue with the earbuds. It was my phone which had a bug issue. I am using motorola edge 30 fusion and it got a software update on June 21st and since then i was having this issue and not only with oneplus buds 3, same issue occurred with any Bluetooth device connected. I paired my oneplus buds 3 with other phone and it worked well. So it was a bug issue in my motorola edge 30 fusion and nothing wrong with my oneplus buds 3. I hope this helps to anyone else if they face same issue. Thank you.
I replaced the buds because i felteft one is moreouder than the right and the new ones are also the same and now in using accessibility setting to make the left one quiter. With two pairs of buds also i felt the same and i have kther earphones which seems to be okay did you face anything like this and the aound is also nkt great and just okay for me
@@PaulsPOV thank you so much for your timely response,I am very confused between kz zsn pro x vs kz zex vs moondrop chu 2,my preference is based to be punchier as in the song and other frequencies clear.Plz pick one or any other best in 2k price.
@@PaulsPOV loved ur videos, yesterday night binge watched all of them😁,iam worried about the wear and year of metal color for zsn pro x compared to zex and I am very noob in audio and I am looking for Sennheiser CX 180 taste of earphones, don't know what my taste was and want the produced but I love them and use them over 3 years with buying again and again,so will I get disappointed or notice anything odd with zex or I'll appreciate this as same as CX 180 as I'm not expert.
I've not tested the CX180 so I'm not sure how these IEMs will hold up against them. But they should be crisper in detail for sure. IEMs tend to be sharper in detail and not very bass enthusiastic. Once you get into the audiophile hobby, you'll start understanding what sound you like and be able to understand it much better so your second, third and other purchases will have much better direction.
It switches to transparency mode when you remove one earbud.but you can toggle between ANC, Transparency modes by pressing and holding the touch control even with one bud on.
Sir, I am considering buying the OnePlus Buds 3 Pro. After doing some research, I found out that Samsung phones do not support LHDC. I would like to know if the ANC will work if I buy the buds and use them with a Samsung phone. And will it be any value for money or waste of money. Because i use a Samsung phone
@PaulsPOV I'm having a strict budget of 5k rupees, wondering whether to spend on a new tws or a dac, currently using abigail pro, my daily driver iem is simgot ew200. I'd wish to have a worthy purchase, so confused whether to spend it on a tws (currently using galaxy buds 2) or a dac (ua1 plus or the dawn pro).
The EW200 is a set I really liked. I paired it with the iFi Go Link and found that to be a very nice pairing. Would recommend. Have a look at my comparison between the iFi Go Link and ddHiFi DAC if you'd like to. Also, have a look at my comparison between the Lypertek vs Yamaha TW-E3B. These videos should give you a lot more clarity about these products.
Im only watching your videos bcs you're the only one who atleast slightly gave the hint about oppo enco air 2 pro being uncomfortable in ears, one year back when im looking to buy tws. Seriously, i bought them, bcs every jholachap tech youtuber were recommending it for phenomenon sound quality, at least thats what they are claiming. What you gonna do with sound quality if you cant wear them for more than one hour. However even you didnt highlighted enough in yr older videos, just two words, about how much pain in the ear they are. But atleast you mentioned it. I know that tech youtubers are nothing but a platform for multi Billionaire companies to advertise their product in cheap. I dont trust any tech youtuber anymore. Recommendation from friends and colleagues is hundred times better than wasting time in watching tech utubers. However i still watch some of your video just to see how long it takes you to diverge, bcs opening a youtube channel is motivated by one thing, money. Im not saying its wrong but in india its totally out of control.
I don't know why you've come here to rant. My reviews are about my opinions about products I've bought and reviewed myself or of products I receive for reviews. No two ears are the same for comfort or sound so if my ears don't match yours for fit and taste in sound, I'm sure you can find another channel or individual that caters to your taste. I prefer having comments that help others understand a product, sound, or music better and not random rants.
@@PaulsPOV Chill mate, I only said your channel is better than others, basically i appreciate yr channel, idk how youve read my cmnt. Yeah, At last i said that every one has one motive, money, which somehow cant goes with common man's interest, thats it. Utube takes lot of work, first to shoot a video, then edit it out, which ultimately take significant portion of someones time. Its not a insta video which you can post in some minutes, so posting opinion is just, idk how to say BS in a good way. Be real bro, your doing good atleast for now. Keep it up
hey paul, i am looking to buy headphones wirless for music and calling purpose only. my only prefrence would be that calling sound quality should be great. can you suggest me which to buy, these OP or any other under 6000????
Have a look at this review of mine -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N3d5nkWvBVA.html The realme is pretty good at calls, and I prefer it over the OP for sound.
Call quality wise, I haven't done a comparison between these two, but I do prefer how the Earfun sounds compared to these, the detail that the OP lacks, the Earfun certainly carries over to you. You can listen to the earfuns call quality in my in-depth review or long-term review to see if you prefer it.
Moto buds plus, total waste of money, 8k. Commenting to make you aware, i repeat, DO NOT BUY. I had OnePlus earbuds, lost them and then bought moto buds plus as my phone is motorola. Call quality is infinitely poor compared to OnePlus for double the price. Sound is such disappointed
I don't see why not. It's stood the test of time. People are still using their earphones with only battery degradation after one and a half years or more. It's a trouble free set to own and sounds great too.
For me... Music - Oppo, Tune Beam, Realme, OP. ANC - Realme, OP, Oppo, Tune Beam. The Tune Beam has been known to have some charging issues. I've had a few people mention this in my comments, so maybe keep that in mind before buying it. But between the others, have a look at this video of mine if you haven't already -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N3d5nkWvBVA.html
My mind is fucked I wanna buy the best value for money under 20k . I use OnePlus 8 , thought of buying sony link buds s , but people said galaxy buds 2 pro is better, but galaxy le nahi sakta because I don't have a samsung device, then people told me to get OnePlus buds pro 2...they are best for OnePlus users under 20k and them those same people say OnePlus buds pro 2 are exactly same as OnePlus buds 3 and then they say OnePlus buds 3 are best under 5k ... I mean wtf 20k se 5k pe le aaye and then they say best under 5k , so wtf is best under 20k 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭wtfffffffuvkkkkkkkkkkkkk
The OnePlus Buds 3 are good earbuds, and above all, the volume slide is such an underrated feature, it's a game changer. On the other hand, the only reason why I do not recommend the OnePlus Buds 3 is the latency, I find it absurd that in 2024, you have to activate "gaming mode" on $100 and often on $200-$300 earbuds to avoid having a problem with lips sicking🤦🏽♂️, when most $20 earbuds don't have this problem, it's unforgivable😡😤🤬. And this is the reason why for me, the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro (even if they do not have the volume slide🥲) remain the best in this price segment. 🙏🏽
